It felt like she wasn't even entirely working on my head, like a feather was dealing with my scalp and with the amount of build-up I had. Massage bed turned off halfway through and she didn't even bother turning it back on. Most of the time it didn't even feel like she was dealing with my head either, just water falling onto it. Too expensive for what it is, and I do not recommend it at all, at least this service in particular.

She takes out her lunch and drink and starts eating, as I'm watching and waiting. 12:45. I walk back up to the bar and mention that my appointment was for 12:30 and my Manicurist-to-be just started eating her lunch. She said, Yes, she shouldn't take too long, then she'll be with you. W H A T ????? HOW RUDE!! SUCH HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm ready to pay someone $100 or more and she on purposely leaves to get her lunch and then proceeds to eat while I am waiting. He did a great job on my color and cut. He was also trying to do a couple of women who were in town going to a wedding. Located on the Isla Verde strip of hotels he seems to get foot traffic from hotels but also had local women who were also there for regular appointments. This is a small but nice shop above a strip of stores. I was pleased with my service but kinda wish I had gotten it done on Friday when I stopped by and was his only customer.
