It's not super big so it does get pretty crowded and congested, I'm not sure what their kid limit is, but it felt like it couldn't hold any more kids when we were there. 1 or 2 hours is probably enough time for the kids, it wasn't real expensive, $15 for her, an extra $5 for each adult. Parking isn't great as others have said, but not horrible.

I was shocked to later learn that this individual was the manager. There is no excuse for treating customers with such disrespect, especially families with young children. A manager should set the standard for professionalism, not create an uncomfortable and hostile experience. I told them again that we paid for two hours. The guy working didn't believe me. I told him I either wanted a refund for the extra hour we paid for or we wanted the time corrected on the stickers. He gave me two free 1 hour passes. Aside from that, this place is set up terribly and poses an extreme safety risk. Over 2/3 of the bouncy area is accessible from only one side and you cannot see your kids if they are far in the back. This is in direct contrast with the Piqua location where you can actually walk around the whole place and see and be near your kids should they get hurt or need you. This place either needs reconfigured or shut down. This place is a liability and an is waiting for an accident to happen.
