Unprofessional and difficult to schedule an appointment with. I am disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Customer service is very poor. I tried to schedule a facial for my girlfriend a week prior to the…read morescheduled date online. I received a text the day before in the even saying an error on their part can I do 1pm. Replied back no and my appoint was canceled. I tried to call to see about the cancellation and was told they are with a customer and can I text them. The owner texted back saying they were short staffed and other excuses for the cancellation. I inquired how can they make this right because I was upset about the whole situation. I was told they gave me an alternate time and I declined it and have a good day. I will take my business elsewhere and let it be known about the customer service.

This is much closer to home so that was a plus. But this is my new place. She uses the best wax. No strips. This is usually pretty painful but the wax she uses I swear is virtually painless. Not to mention it can be uncomfortable w someone new bring all up in your business. But she's super friendly and pretty hilarious. Made it so easy. She offers facials and other services. Check her out. Thanks Theresa! See you soon.

The location across from the hotel was not relaxing at all. The scalp/hair service was done with me…read moresitting on a floor stool, in the middle of the room, no privacy. The washer and dryer were going and I watched staff do laundry. While trying to relax, all I could hear was staff doing chores and the toilet flushing. They gave me my money back, which was great. Weird experience for sure.

One of my dearest friends came into town from out of state and after looking up some new spa…read moreoptions for us, we decided on Adagio. We booked a couple weeks in advance and ended up going on Sunday, rather than Saturday, like we wanted. Oddly enough, they're closed on Saturday. We arrived early for our appointments and were quickly greeted, given forms and asked to use slippers. Within a few minutes, I was taken in for my massage and my friend to her facial. The rooms are lovely, and the spa itself is quite small. Fully functional and they're making great use of the space, but definitely small. My massage was awesome... deep tissue, which is my preference! She worked some magic indeed! When doing more than one treatment, you change into a robe. They have a lidded basket for your belongings and it's taken to your next room with you. I relaxed in one of the pedicure chairs drinking cucumber water while I waited for my facial. Rooms were changed out quickly and the aesthetician took me into her room. She did a great job, however was a little heavy handed a couple times and really spoke too quickly in the beginning, coming across as extremely rushed. As a medical aesthetician myself, it seemed a bit odd, since it didn't come across as calming, which is generally a goal. I kept my credentials to myself, because I personally like to see how services are provided and preformed when they don't know. When all was said and done, I was quite relaxed and we were both very happy with the experience overall. So much more than the local spa we went to last year... to the point that my friend didn't even remember where we went. I guess you know it's less than mediocre when you've blocked it from your memory. As I sat in the entry putting on my shoes, we wondered what they do with the slippers, hoping they're not put on the rack for someone else to wear... moments later a gal comes out with antibacterial wipes, wipes them clean and puts them away. Nice to know! We both agreed, we will definitely be back!
