Lorelle treats a diverse range of symptoms, including but not limited to insomnia, joint pain, digestive complaints, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and PTSD. Beyond helping to resolve the symptoms that bring them to the clinic, many patients report a host of happy "side effects": improved sleep, more balanced emotions, increased energy, better focus and a more optimistic outlook
A fundamental principle of traditional Chinese medicine is to balance the whole person and seek out the root cause of any and all of his or her symptoms. Once the root cause is addressed, the whole system is able to come into balance, and all symptoms resulting from the root cause are resolved. Lorelle adheres to this traditional principle in all of her treatments, and believes it is the reason her patients see improvement in all of their symptoms, not just the ones they came in to have treated.

The Saxena Clinic is a private practice in downtown Santa Rosa, California, providing both community-style sessions and individual appointments. Lorelle Saxena, M.S., L.Ac., uses traditional Chinese acupuncture, herbal formulas, nutritional counseling and tui na to treat a wide range of symptoms from a whole-person perspective.

Meet the Business Owner: Lorelle S.
Lorelle Saxena graduated in 2008 from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine with a Master of Science degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine. She is a State of California licensed acupuncturist and a member of the California State Oriental Medical Association. Her clinical internship work included training at the San Diego Hospice, the UCSD Owen Clinic for HIV and AIDS patient care, and a community clinic for low-income senior citizens.
Lorelle is committed to compassionate, empowering healthcare--care that gradually facilitates the body's own ability to heal itself, education that helps patients understand how to enact preventive medicine in their day-to-day lives, and support that allows patients to work towards optimal health in a safe, comfortable environment.
