OMG- WHERE TO START????????????? I've been dealing with this management company since January 2021 but i've lived in the apartment since 2013. Thalia has definitely given vindictive attitude through email responses and James likes to "mansplain". College Freshman could organize and follow-through with more satisfactory results than these grown folks receiving a paycheck. ~They (and/or owners) closed PGE account because they didn't know there were 2 meters with same address- MINE and the communal electricity meter (outdoor lights, communal basement, etc). ~They (and/or owners ) weren't paying the water and I was given FINAL NOTICE by municipal district. These 2 issues were resolved quickly. ... HOWEVER- currently I'm dealing with construction in the front of building that has taken away steps to front porch- I AM NOW REQUIRED TO TRESPASS THROUGH NEIGHBOR'S PROPERTY TO ACCESS MY HOME. The original notice for retaining wall repair was hand delivered and taped to front door with start date 3/23/22, ending 3/31/22 (this is how they communicate- taping paper to doors in 2022). TRINITY MANAGEMENT gave no notice for my front access to be removed and most definitely didn't notify neighbor's who now have multiple people all day trespassing through their property.. The construction started on 3/28/22 and is still going on WITH NO END IN SIGHT. We have not received any updated notice for timeline from TRINITY MANAGEMENT (Thalia, James, Shanna- HELLO??? ). ~Our 4-unit cluster mailbox has been burglarized and damaged 3 times since Dec, but Thalia and James don't think it's an issue. ~I've received texts and emails giving me notice that my unit is going to be viewed by potential renters BUT MY UNIT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR RENT. ~I've received text regarding cannabis being grown on the property and Trinity has apparently called Police Dept for this. I do not grow cannabis and was shocked a text message is how they handle the situation. KEEP IT CLASSY. Almost everything about my experience was wrong with communicating with the lease agent. He had 2 days to ask him ) and I said please verify so we won't waste either of our time. He promised the latest Tuesday never happened. To the way he carried himself during the meeting. I asked him multiple times is the place cable ready. He first assured me it was then later said he didn't know. Then after that he said if it wasn't that the cable company will do it. But I asked would I be charged for it and he wouldn't give me a straight answer. Also he didn't bother repairing anything before the showing. I checked if the shower worked and when I turned the handle the shower nozzle came out, the balcony fencing is wobbly and literally if you put any pressure on it more then just a second it would break. I literally touch it for a second and it was shaking, no blinds even though the pics on the ad shows they have, and the rails are super rusty. Renter beware.

Usually same day or next day. The maintenance guy or vendor reaches out to you directly so scheduling is much easier than going through the property management as a middle man. They always reach out quickly and get the problem resolved. To me that reflects highly on Laurie that the vendors she contracts with are also very professional and efficient. She's not just going with the cheapest vendor around. They're also not stingy about maintenance. I've contacted them before about things like a very high up curtain rod falling down and they were willing to help us even though I'd understand if that wasn't on their realm of responsibility. My particular property was a six month lease and she allows two pets. No monthly pet rent and a refundable pet deposit! Now that is rare. This may depend on the homeowner and their preferences. I highly recommend Laurie Nesci! Literally no complaints about my experience. When I find myself looking to buy a house for myself in the future I will be reaching out to her to see if she'd represent me as a buyer.
