Ive also scheduled with Aaron, Erin, Mel, Momo, Adriana, Erien, Vanessa, Jase, Kristy, Kiki, Tim, and Madi who are all amazing! Again, I go whenever my schedule permits so it's always changing lately but they're all so good you can't go wrong. Tim's class was prob one of the harder classes I took along with Momos! But you feel so proud of yourself after. But you can always modify to what you need especially because some days you have more willpower than others!

Equipment and bins were spread throughout the space, making it slightly difficult to move between machines. I appreciate the variety, but better organization would really improve the flow of the room. The class itself was unique, with a mix of ages and genders, which I liked. The instructor was kind, asked about experience levels, and offered helpful modifications to either intensify or simplify movements. That said, there were moments where direction wasn't super clear, and some people (myself included) got a bit lost. The pillars in the middle of the room also made it hard at times to see demonstrations. Cleanliness was okay... the equipment didn't look dirty, but it didn't feel particularly clean either. For example, around the weight-changing areas, there was visible dust, hair, and debris. The area for shoes and bags also had a slight odor. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience. The instructor and workout itself were good, but the small details (organization, cleanliness, and overall flow) made a difference. I'd probably try other studios before returning, but I wouldn't completely rule it out.

Something to note is that there is only one park, so big dogs are combined with small ones. Theres a small obstacle course for dogs to jump and run through. And for the humans, there's also a few benches on the side to sit at.

There are four big pine trees with separate retaining walls around three of them for owners to sit down. With it being so close to the bay, there's often a nice breeze that goes through the park. There's no divide between small dogs and big dogs, so it's best to just keep an eye on your dog, and many owners around here are usually respectful. The street parking immediately adjacent to the park is free, however, it has a limit of 30 minutes, and the parking meter workers are strict on it if they're around. I bring my dog here around lunch time because those who live/ work in the area tend to bring their dogs during their break time and my dog gets his socialization time. They close 8am-11am MWF for maintenance/ cleaning. Currently, both gates are broken so it's not as secure as it should be, and who knows when the city will actually fix it. There're a few agility structures and a water dispenser. The children's park itself looks pretty cool for kids with a lot of structures with slides and swings. There's also another separate area with fixed exercise equipment that looks well- maintained. The water feature in the park is a water feature, not a pool.

build confidence and strength before progressing to something more advanced like Lagree and my amazing classical Pilates studio. I don't think the studio should change its approach based on my experience--keeping things approachable and accessible is important for a lot of clients. The DEFINE and Form advanced class were something basic to build up for classical Pilates and lagree. If you want to challenge yourself I'd recommend leaving this place and doing one of those two. I think the price of this studio is not worth it if you want to push yourself in a workout. Which is why I initially wanted to leave. Want to give a big thank you to the front desk staff -- they were always kind, helpful, and welcoming. Their positivity meant a lot to me. I also had great experiences with several instructors, especially those who brought enthusiasm and encouragement to every class. I'll always be grateful for them and wish them the best. That said, I didn't feel as strong a sense of community here as I have in other studios. I felt like a few instructors (who have since left) didn't come across as especially welcoming, and I personally didn't feel the studio owner's boyfriend tried to get to know most of the amazing instructors I had and the clients like me from what I saw. -- though I hope that changes over time, especially in such a small, community-based environment. Didn't make me comfortable because I didn't feel respected. Moving forward if someone I feel like treats me with disrespect, I will ignore them just like I do with strangers and tell the owner. I was surprised and disappointed to hear Beyoncé's music playing here, which made me want to leave immediately to. Given the serious allegations and controversies involving her husband, Jay-Z, I personally feel uncomfortable supporting spaces that promote their brand. I believe it's important to be mindful of the values we support through the music and businesses we engage with. I'm always open to having respectful conversations in person about why this matters to me. The studio's silence on these issues is concerning--just like the silence of so many public figures. If anyone has questions and want to make assumptions about me we can talk about it in person. I've had overwhelmingly positive experiences at other studios since then, and I continue to value respectful, fun, and safe environments. I've always aimed to be kind and considerate, and I care deeply about building people up -- not tearing them down. For a year. I love and care about every person on the planet. To the instructors I worked with over time: thank you. Especially to one whose husband serves our country -- I respect and appreciate you both deeply. Extremely thankful for his service to keep us free. And to the other instructor who brought light and positivity to class on Sundays -- you made a lasting impression. The mat pilates person who I met through a friend I brought to this studio to get her started. So many more instructors sorry I can't get to you so many wonderful people. You'll always have a special place in my heart. In the end, my departure felt like a mutual decision, and I believe it was the right one for both parties. Don't waste your time here. I recently joined and faced a frustrating experience that perfectly illustrates their lack of customer care. One day, I arrived just 6 minutes late due to their inadequate parking situation. When I walked in, the front desk attendant had stepped away to take out the trash, returning 10 minutes later. Instead of understanding my situation, she strictly enforced the late policy, refusing to let me into the class. It's disheartening that, despite their push to attract new members, they show no effort in retaining existing clients. When I appealed for a bit of understanding, the staff treated me dismissively, almost like a clique of mean girls. If you're considering Pilates, look elsewhere. There are plenty of better, more affordable studios that prioritize customer service. For instance, Club Pilates is not only understanding of late arrivals, but they also offer better pricing and superior workouts. I've been attending classes at The Sculpt Room since they opened their doors, and I can't recommend it enough! Not only is the cancellation policy dumb, it's a scam!!!! First of all, $25 to cancel is ridiculous!! Secondly, they make you cancel 12 hours in advance. That's extremely unfair and it's giving stingy. I'd rather take my business to other studios that don't care about pulling a money grab. On top of this shady policy, their heated mat Pilates sucks. It's on hardwood floor so they make sure your joints really get messed up. The heat also feels uncomfortable and the room is so stuffy. I feel like they tried so hard to copy the studio across the street and miserably failed. Oh and... parking is the WORST. What an inconvenient studio. read more

Due to the terrible parking situation, I had then dropped off my friend first (on time), I was denied entry by being 1 minute late. After overexplaining the whole situation, my friend also vouching as witness, they had told me to leave the studio. The workers gave the most attitude ever. Parking was pretty easy for my 6pm class. There is street parking, pay lots and metered parking. Arrive early to make sure you have enough time to secure a parking spot in case it's busier than usual. Monica has a calming presence, is incredibly welcoming, and does a great job teaching at a beginner pace without making it feel slow or watered down. She's also been really helpful in accommodating an injury I'm working through, which makes a big difference. The studio is tucked upstairs in a quiet place in an otherwise busy building, which adds to the calm, personal vibe. It's always clean and peaceful, and I genuinely love Monica's playlists -- they're relaxing, not overpowering, and really support the mood of the class. I have been religious about my time with Studio Flo because I want to ensure I have a strong foundation, especially as I enter menopause. Every single woman, babies or babies, requires special attention to their pelvic floor once menopause hits. In the last several months I have seen a true difference in my function as my previous symptoms have lessen. This is all thanks to the teachers at Studio Flo who have a deep understanding of the human anatomy and what it takes to strengthen from within. They have spent the time correcting my form and going the extra step to explain and show things when I needed the extra help. I cannot recommend Studio Flo enough.
