The list is soooo long- missed deadlines- my daughter would send her email with everything expected to be completed at the next visit and nothing ever was. Rachel bought WHITE satin for sleeves and drape for an off white dress. GLARYINGLY different color! She ended up cutting off the dress train to create sleeves from as one month before the wedding there was no other choice to match fabric. The dress was stained - twice- while at the shop - and Rachel and her mother tried to gaslight my daughter that they were there all year? We had full length photos of the dress from 2 weeks prior with no stains or marks. Terrible communication- promises made- never fulfilled- timelines not met over and over - my daughter could not even wear her dress and had to buy a new dress on line 5 days before the wedding and get it rush tailored! On top of this we paid $800 in alterations and got nothing but headaches- anxiety and grief. There are several other reviews just like this from other brides.
