First time trying The Sequel.. very impressed! Every dish that walked pass our table looked amazing, and our meals certainly were as well! Fresh cooked food, great service, what more can you ask for!? Highly recommend this local restaurant!

    Bleu Cheese Burger (carnivore style)

Tried out Greensburg's newest restaurant today. It was really great! We ordered burgers carnivore style and the chef really delivered. A perfectly seasoned, juicy burger with a generous side of bacon. We will definitely be back.

Tried it. Not pleased with the smell of the business. Food was fine. Thought they were at a different location. And it was better

This location was completely different. We were greeted immediately upon walking in and after a 5 min wait, we were seated and then greeted by our lovely server. She was friendly, polite, helpful and engaging. All of our items came out as ordered. I ordered a drink that I didn't like and didn't want to complain, so I requested a soda. She questioned why another drink, and said no problem I'll get you what you want and take this off. As patrons left, tables were being cleaned and the floor was being vacuumed. Husband is recovering from surgery and unable to walk very far. After looking at the menu, husband ordered the Southwest Shrimp salad and enjoyed every bite. At first, I thought I would have only a side salad and biscuits, but I decided to try Cajun chicken Alfredo with linguine . I would definitely order it again. Our server was friendly and attentive. She checked on us for refills on our drink and biscuits. It turned out to be a nice afternoon lunch and we left happy.

For my meal I had the cheeseburger. It was cooked a perfect medium rare and was held together by a really good brioche bun. A…read moreSaturday lunch before Christmas has been a family tradition for the ladies for well over 10 years. Each year we choose an upscale restaurant to enjoy each others company, a good meal and a stiff drink. Unfortunately this years selection fell short of our expectations. The atmosphere is a 5 star, the service and food drag that down a lot! To start, I ordered a Cabernet Sauvignon and the waitress brought me a Sauvignon Blanc. Ok, she said she was new, so it was an honest mistake. But it went downhill from there. Others ordered a Christmas specialty drink, an Old Fashioned and were happy with it, although at $14.50 it was one of the least expensive on the menu. Most ordered brunch items, Eggs Benedict or Avacado Toast. I opted for the Crab Cake Sandwich with Remoulade sauce. Except that when it came, the sandwich was bare save for a tomato slice and shredded iceberg lettuce. Trying to get the waitress's attention took a while since she was taking an order at another table. So by the time I got the sauce, my crab cake was pretty cold. When she brought it she proudly said that it was freshly made and that's why it wasn't on my plate to start with. Hmmm.... It was not that great a crab cake, lots of filler in it. The others ordered potatoes O'Brien as the side dish to accompany their meals. They all thought they tasted like frozen potatoes out of a bag. So in general, the food was meh. Applebees quality at an upscale price. Our server may have been new, but she lacked the training that would have made the difference. Never filled our water glasses, never asked if we wanted a second cocktail, and never cleared away our dirty plates until she appeared with the check. We asked for separate checks at that time so she had to come back and ask us each what we had in order to do that. Once we looked at our checks we noticed a 4% service fee added on without any explanation. Even if you paid cash! Plus, they suggest the tip with that service fee added into your food and beverage total! So beware if you do eat here, and look closely at your bill. We noticed people waiting by the door to be seated while the hostess talked to kitchen staff. Our waitress disappeared for a while until another customer asked the hostess to find her. So staff training here is an issue. We had heard that this place wasn't great, but wanted to see for ourselves. Now we know and we won't be back. There's a lot of other really good restaurants in Greensburg with better food and service. So much for atmosphere!

We opted to do a late afternoon reservation at 4:30 and were very happy and sated after enjoying all the dishes we chose. Stand outs were the fried chicken and beef filet tenderloin. The carb loading was in full force with delicious stuffed shells, Mac and cheese and pierogis. All were worthy of second helpings, although I refrained! Actually all the hot entrees were very good. The salad bar was a bit disappointing and there was no one manning the pasta station. But there was more than enough other options to make up for that. Desserts were the only place there wasn't a huge offering. Most of my group opted for the Bananas Foster. They loved it! Our server was pleasant and regularly checked in to see if we needed water or to take away dirty dishes. And the atmosphere was pleasant with an industrial vibe. Now I'd like to return for a real meal, a dinner or lunch, not a buffet.

It's a great grill and bar with a great "neighborhood " vibe. Their menu is ample with lots of tempting selections, and the portions are very good (especially the fish sandwich; I dare anyone to eat the whole thing). They even have a flourless cake on occasion. Service is always rapid and friendly. The cocktails are always well made with a changing seasonal selection of specialties (and no, as noted as a complaint by one reviewer, they will not serve an apparently intoxicated guest).
