Brad came out to fix the freezer part of our refrigerator on Friday, March 20. The original…read moreappointment was cancelled on the previous Monday because of the big snowstorm. The freezer part was forming ice on the bottom part of the fridge. After disassembling the freezer part, Brad solved the problem by cleaning the back of the freezer plus the drainage tube which had dirt in it. While our appointment was rescheduled, the ice maker stopped working. He did notice that an ice cube got stuck in the tube leading to the ice tray. He removed the cube and BINGO! that part was fixed. Furthermore, Brad also fixed the front burner of our gas stove. Both the appliances mentioned are 20 years old! and now working like new. The repair did not work. Cans broke and I had a mess on my hands. Repairman showed up again and installed a defective part. I contacted Dan, the business owner and stated I did not want the Frigidaire unit. He stated that I had to have it repaired and he would not replace it. Still did not work. He left me without a refrigerator over the Labor Day weekend, and it was not working for a total of 66 days! I again contacted Dan and he became irritated and stated that I am not to call him, and I am not allowed to come in the store! He added that he is done with me! I lost hundreds of dollars of food, but I guess Dan's problem was resolved. The unit remains problematic and has seen 10 service calls. Frigidaire was willing to replace the unit but Dan, emphatically stated "NO WAY". Now I know why their name is BITTER Neuman!

I asked one of the employees, and they told me there was nothing left without even checking. Not even a few minutes later, another customer asked a different employee the same question. This time, the employee actually went to look and came back with one item. I was still standing there like... seriously? I even told the other customer she could have it, so it's not about me trying to take it. It's just frustrating when you're told something isn't available and then see that it actually is, just because someone else got help from a different employee who actually checked. I get that things sell out fast, especially Pokémon stuff, but at least take the time to look before saying there's nothing. It just feels inconsistent and unfair. Just hoping for better communication and effort from staff next time.

When we arrived, we learned that it happened to be the salesperson's day off. Fortunately, the sales manager stepped in and spent the next couple of hours with us, discussing our needs and helping us narrow down the many available options. Since we weren't committed to any particular brand, we had a wide range of choices. The first appliances presented to us were all top-of-the-line models. I don't necessarily have a problem with that, but I always find it helpful to compare those premium models with second- and third-tier alternatives to better understand the trade-offs. I wish appliance dealers had better tools to make those comparisons easier. It turns out that quality appliances are expensive... or at least the ones we ended up selecting! The sales manager also helped us work through all of the other details and put together a package proposal that included package discounts. Overall, we felt well taken care of. We're not sure yet whether we'll be purchasing our appliances here, but based on our experience, we would definitely shop here again.

The salesman we encountered was friendly, but wanted to sell us a different brand than we requested and hardly wanted to show us the brand that interested us. In the end, we found better promotion and delivery prices elsewhere, but we'd still keep this place in mind.

I have shopped at Felton's my whole life and my parents did. I went in last November bought a…read moredishwasher and a refrigerator. not realizing these items were so new the didn't have parts for them yet. The refrigerator had a bad water leak. I'm very disappointed with the service I have gotten with the individuals answering the phone. They didn't seam to care if you didn't have a working refrigerator. The gentleman that came to look at the refrigerator was awesome All the guys that delivered installed and repaired are awesome. Because they didn't know when a new part would be made they replaced the refrigerate. Now the the compressor died. Felton's maintenance came told whirlpool the problem and determined there was freon leaking Also. Two weeks later an outside contractor for whirlpool came looked at it and said yep compressor is bad. Was going to leave and I told him to check for the leak which he wasn't going to do. I told him I didn't want him to come back to check it another day seeing he wasn't here. He detereined there was a leak and he fixed it. Then told me the compressor is on back order no idea when it will be available. Felton's give me a loaner refrigerator so I have two refrigerators in my kitchen dining area. To top it off the dishwasher I purchased the same day as refrigerator has also died control panel and the motor for discharging water died. The motor got fixed but control panel is on back order. I have two appliances that are under 6months old not working. My frustration is Felton's just say it's not our problem anymore call whirlpool I spent a lot of money on these two appliances and will take time to pay off. Thought they were different then other businesses but I guess I was wrong. Very sad and disappointed.
