Holly's first grooming and she turned out beautiful. They did a wonderful job, I was very pleased.

I took my 3 month Great Dane puppy in for a nail grind. The staff was friendly and I felt like they cared about my boy. He was a bit wild so 3 of their team gently held him while they did the grinding. They were finished in 5 minutes and my puppy was hardly upset which being his first time I was happy about. I have a goldendoodle who needs to be groomed at least every 4-6 weeks. I take him here and I have not had any problems. Service is great. Laura and her team are amazing. I want to take off one star from this review because my pup gets ear irritation after a groom which is I guess normal so I just make sure I clean his ears myself after every session just to dry his ears out and it does not lead to an ear infection. It only takes them 2-3 hours to groom my pup and it is easy to make an appointment online. I have a 90 lb goldendoodle with more poodle hair and I pay around $120 including grooming, teeth brushing, nail grinding, and tip. It is pricey but it is the standard price for other groomers also. This place is located in Old Town Spring so you can have a nice lunch or walk around while waiting for your pup to get groomed. I have been taking my pup here for a year now and I will most likely continue to take my pup here even if I move to downtown Houston therefore I do recommend this place for your pup's grooming needs. read more

I took my Maltipoo yesterday 9/6/23 and told the lady I'd like her shaved but not too short, I also acknowledged to her that I know she had a little mat on her ear. When I picked her up, my jaw dropped she's never in 8 years gotten a cut that has looked this bad! They completely shaved her ears and even her tail completely off. They clearly have no clue how to groom a dog. They also don't ask for rabies vaccination. They don't put the dogs away from each other in kennels while they wait to be groomed, they put them on the ground behind baby gates. When I picked her up there was a big brown dog just roaming around the store, completely unsafe. This place needs to be shut down. First picture what she normally looks like and the next (4) of what she looked like when I picked her up. This was a complete waste of money!!! NEVER AGAIN read more

We took two of the family pup pups here and will admit that it was a bit difficult to find. We drove around it a couple times before calling them and got directions. We found that we were by The Shaggy Dog Parlor, but were facing the back of it (driving out on the opposite side we did find that through some trees you can see the front of the parlor and they do have 4 parking spots for The Shaggy Dog Parlor. The parlor is super cute and is surrounded by different shops. We were thankful to have the pup pups taken in for their grooming on a Tuesday morning. We dropped them off in a gated area at the front of the store and were told that we had a few puppies in front of us so it would take a little bit of time. The puppies got their grooming and we were called a few hours later. They are super sweet and the pup pups came home looking like a million bucks!! I would highly recommend coming here and letting your puppies enjoy a bit of some pampered grooming!!! They'll loves it!! read more

My favorite place to take my pup to get groomed! The owners are super sweet, prices are very reasonable priced, and they are super quick! I have a frenchbulldog so usually I just take her to get her nails clipped, but once in a blue moon I'll take her to get the little spa day package where they shampoo, brush their teeth, clip nails etc and like I said the prices are amazing compared to petco or PetSmart. I always recommend people I know with pups to take theirs there to get groomed not only because the pricing but like I said staff is always super nice. Also her cousin biggie he's a bulldog goes there also to get groomed and I was recommended by my cousin Melissa and have been going to this location ever since! read more

Great little grooming shop! My doggie always comes home looking great. We typically only do a bath package for her but all the more "groomed" dogs always look super cute and poised when we are there. All I can say is that the second time I took my dog to this place they hurt her so badly that she was miserable for days. I guess they shaved to close to her genitals or i don't really know what happened. I don't understand what they did to her and if it was an accident why didn't they tell me so I can take proper care from the beginning. read more
