Haven't been here in a few years but picked up food there tonight. Got the chicken skewer meal with rice, hummus, salad, and pita. Everything was good, with the chicken, rice and pita being my favorite. The garlic sauce was a true sauce and flavor was pretty good. The salad looked like it had some sort of raspberry vinaigrette and is good, and pretty small, so perfect for what I was looking for. The chicken was juicy and well cooked and seasoned. The rice was a well flavored basmati and tasted really good with the chicken. The baklava has pretty small pieces but is really good and has a lot of honey. The restaurant is on Western and you need to park on the street right outside and theres about 4-5 tables inside. A good, solid choice for when you're craving some mediterranean food. read more

So, in our pursuit of trying out our favorite Uber Eats spots. The Shawarma Factory is one of those. We came here once before, but it was closed for a private event. Today was our lucky day...well, I also called ahead to make sure they were open too! This restaurant sits right on S. Western Ave & has a number of on street parking spots. The restaurant itself is small with 5 separate tables. The menu is small, but has nice options for you shawarma lovers. Service: We were immediately greeted & were able to choose our own table. The server also asked us if we wanted the AC on...we declined as we do not like cold. It was not hot inside anyways. He provided us menus & then proceeded to take our orders. Food: -Combo Kabob Plate: The combo consists of half chicken, half beef with rice & two sides of salad & hummus with a pita. The salad had a very nice dressing on top. Hard to describe, but it is light & very flavorful! The Chicken was wonderfully seasoned & paired best with the spicy sauce. The Beef had a sightly sweet taste to it, but was also wonderfully seasoned. This paired best with the garlic sauce. Both meats were very generously cut & tasted amazing. I'd certainly recommend this "best if both worlds" it -Chicken Shawarma Wrap Combo: This came with fries & a beverage (Coke, D. Coke, Sprite, Water). This wrap came stuffed with chicken, tomatoes, shaved red onions, parsley, & garlic sauce with pickle spears & french fries! Eating it fresh in the restaurant is so much better than having it delivered! The chicken was seasoned to perfection, & the wrap as a whole had such a beautiful combination of flavors...especially the delicious garlic sauce! This is easily one of our favorite items! The french fries were piping hot & crispy. Additionally, they provide a side of garlic sauce & their version of hot sauto dip your fries in. Who needs ketchup? Good spot for falefel and shwarma wraps and plates. They have really good moroccan mint tea on some days. The falafel wraps is our favorites, really tasty and the pickled cucumbers and sauce really bring it together. Great with some fresh crispy fries or salad.
