Falafel with no salad, no pita, no sauces. Oh brother.

The two stars are for the delicious hummus. The falafel was tasty but plain as can be. No pickles, no pita bread with either the hummus or the falafel. Look at their descriptions online when you order on DoorDash. The photo of the side order of pita is beautifully placed on lettuce with a bunch of different cups of sauce around it, and it looks yummy. Definitely not what I got. The gal at the restaurant tried to argue with me that I had ordered the wrong thing and that I must've hit Pita plate instead. Ummmm no. Why don't you check your facts before you debate somebody.

Healthy and delicious Mediterranean food! This is one of my go to lunch spots where I can get a quick bite that won't make me feel too heavy once I'm back at work. I get the pita pocket which comes with your choice of rice, garlic sauce, hummus, unlimited toppings and choice of protein. I ask for all toppings, garlic sauce, hummus, and get the broccoli and spicy cilantro sauce on the side. This is a great value at $15, full of flavor and keeps me eating within my macros. Workers are kind and there is plenty of seating area. On a hot day they have about four tables outside to enjoy the Cali weather. Great healthy Mediterranean meal in Gardena!

Burnt falafel, I tried eating it all, but taste was unbearable

My review is based on Falafel rice plate!!!!The oil on this premise is burnt and can be tasted on the falafel, I complained and they stated that it's normal, this is not normal! I asked the employees when it was changed and some had no idea and the cook said they changed it last Sunday August 31, today is the 12th of September. The service was good but the food was not, Aphram please check on this

I enjoy trying different Mediterranean spots. The chicken here is tender, flavorful and love they include veggies. Overall good.

I often pop in here during lunch for the delicious food and speedy service! The tip request is a bit unusual but adds to its unique charm. A great choice for a quick, satisfying meal!

One of my Go-To spots in Gardena :) I always passed by this place whenever I go to work, so why not try it! Their front logo pops out like a Christmas Tree on July. The ambiance is pretty clean when you go inside their establishment. The line could get long around noon, but usually died down around 3pm. Their customer service is one of the fastest serving I ever had. Damn those guys are like the Flash when it comes to serving food.. imagine bartendering, but you hold a spoon of humus and pita instead lol. It is awesome to see like the benihana of fast food :) Anyway.. I'm too distracted.. onwards with the food... I always ordered their Pita Pockets because I'm always on the go at work. This sandwich is perfect, while you driving around town lol. Whoever thought about this dish is a genius. I always tell them to put everything inside my sandwich because their ingredients are as fresh as you can get. The taste of their fresh olives and humus just make me so hungry haha. Not to mention, their meats are on point and melts in your mouth. Although, it is a little bit on the pricey end, but nevertheless the quality is just amazingly good. Overall, been going here since I started my job in Gardena and will continue to go here. Definitely a great food recommendation around this area :)

It's one of those morning when I woke up craving for a gyro wrap. So i immediately got on my ever-so-dependable Yelp app to do a search. Woop, I found one not too far from home and made the drive. Sadly, it's CLOSED!!! (It's d'Lunch Spot located on RB Blvd - I have reported it to Yelp for updates.) And that's how I ended up here. Boy, they are popular. The line was practically out the door when I got there, so that's a good sign. They didn't have the wrap, but the pita pocket was the closest thing here. This is also my first run on a BYO Mediterranean spot, so I wasn't really sure how this was gonna turn out. Anyway, I decided on the pita pocket with gyro, red cabbage, olives and a side of garlic sauce. When my turn came through, server asked if I wanted hummus and garlic in the pita. "Sure!" It was then passed on to the next server and told him what I wanted (red cabbage and olives, side of garlic sauce.). He then asked, "Is that it?" Uhh... yeah, pretty sure I've masked out on the inclusions... VERDICT: It's a good thing I got the red cabbage with the olives because it tamed the saltiness of the olives. I really wish I didn't get that much because the olives made each bite soooo salty. I had to take a few of them out because it overpowered the protein so much.. It got better after that, though and liked it so much better. FOOD: 3. SERVICE: 3. Not a lot of interaction, but average at best. VALUE: 3. Fair for what you get. PARKING: Private lot shared with others. Might be an issue during a lunch rush. OVERALL: 3. I was really confused about the limited to 3 sides or toppings thing because i got way more than that for the same price... is that really a thing there? Because I most likely would have built my pita pocket way different to include other toppings which would have likely made the sandwich better...? But there will be a second visit. Really wanna try one of their plates, maybe...

Limone was a gift that kept on giving, from the cute branding, to the welcoming service, and to the unique mix of flavors and fresh ingredients. Some things that I really appreciated about the chicken shawarma bowl: The salad inlcuded both dill and mint, which uplifted the entire dish and left me wanting more. They give you a whole stack of (fresh!) pita bread that is sprinkled with flaky salt, something I didn't know my pita needed until now. The hummus were topped with crunchy chickpeas that gave hummus that a nice blend of textures where it would normally just be smooth. Lowkey the chicken was the least memorable part of the dish, but it was still cooked well and tender. For how much competition there is in the Enclave, these guys are killing it. Until as of late... it's so sad when restaurants start loosing their quality. I ordered through DoorDash today 6/12/26 as I've done before and like always the sauces were missing. I've never asked for a refund for missing sauces but it's disappointing that the sauces are always missing ( especially when I paid extra for them). But the biggest disappointment was the quality of the food. The flat bread was extremely raw and placed at the bottom of the plate as if done on purpose or out of spite. Chicken was overcooked and limited portion. Not only was the flat bread raw on my plate but also my husband's. Quality control is not there. I'm so disappointed in my favorite restaurant.

The menu also features traditional Pakistani, Persian, and Arabic dishes, such as Beef Nihari and Haleem. After several visits, here are my thoughts on some of their grilled meats and desserts. Beef Kofta - 3/5. The kofta was a bit dry and tough. I wish it had more fat and seasoning to make it juicier and more flavorful. The grilling is also somewhat inconsistent--sometimes the kofta comes out beautifully browned, while other times it's over-charred. Grilled Fish - 4/5. This is easily my favorite item on the menu and, in my opinion, their best dish. The fish is seasoned just enough to enhance its natural flavor without overpowering it. It's grilled very well, developing a beautiful golden-brown crust while remaining moist and tender inside. Beef Shish Kebab - 3.5/5. The quality of the beef is decent, especially considering the price. Given the cut of meat they use, they've done a commendable job with the grilling. The beef has a solid seasoning base and a nice sear with just enough char to add flavor without becoming overly smoky. It's reasonably tender, though I wish it retained a bit more juiciness. Chicken Shish Kebab - 3.5/5. Very similar to the beef shish kebab. It has good flavor and is grilled well, but it could benefit from being a little juicier. Gyro - 2/5. Unfortunately, this was the biggest disappointment. The gyro meat on the vertical spit often appears to be rotating without enough heat to properly caramelize and crisp the exterior. As a result, the meat comes across as dry, rubbery, and lacking the rich roasted flavor that makes a great gyro. Kunafa (Knafeh) - 3/5. This dessert has both strengths and weaknesses. The cheese filling has a pleasant, slightly salty flavor and a creamy texture, and I appreciate that it isn't overly sweet. However, the syrup is underwhelming. A good kunafa should be generously coated with a fragrant sugar syrup - ideally infused with rose water or orange blossom water - to provide sweetness and aroma. I also wish the kataifi, the shredded pastry dough, were crispier and lighter to create a better contrast with the gooey cheese filling. Overall, Al Hamra Kabob Grill is one of the better places to enjoy Middle Eastern-style grilled dishes in the South Bay. While a few menu items could be improved, the grilled fish stands out as excellent, and the shish kebabs are solid choices. The owner is also incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm, neighborhood atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. It's not perfect, but it's a restaurant I enjoy visiting from time to time and one I'd recommend if you're craving grilled Middle Eastern flavors.

It came with three pieces of rotisserie chicken, two sides, pita bread, and garlic sauce. For my sides, I got brown rice and potato salad. The chicken was delicious. It was flavorful and juicy. That being said, I didn't care for the brown rice which was bland, and the potato salad, which was too vinegary for my taste. The service was very good. The food was ready in a few minutes. Additionally, an employee brought the food out to me even though I ordered takeout, which was nice. I'm glad I didn't dine in. It was really warm inside the restaurant since they left the door wide open. Closing the door and cranking up the AC would make being inside the restaurant a more pleasant experience.
