Mrs. D explained the entire process, told Kim (the colorist) exactly what to use to get as close to that shade as possible, and made sure my daughter felt confident and excited and she was all in! After the color process, Kayla took over, washed her hair, and did a beautiful blowout. My daughter is IN LOVE with her hair. My eyebrows came out looking great--she used a different type of wax than what I was accustomed to and honestly changed my life. It was a million times less painful and way more effective than traditional wax. So I went to her again, this time to cut my hair. I have really long hair that I rarely ever cut: like my last true haircut had been well over two years ago. I usually just trim it.
