I had told her what I was going for for going for and she followed up with more questions precise questions very detailed questions on how I wanted to get my hair dyed which I deeply and truly appreciated as it helped get a better understanding not of what I wanted but also to get to know my own hair better as well as the different ways I could style it. Throughout the session my hair stylist I could see how she would work on my hair with a lot of excitement, passion, care, focus, precision and would be very cautious and give me feedback through the process and even asked questions before she did something. She really did help me with her best interest at heart for me as it not only showed with the end result but also throughout the process. She even styled it at the end in a way that was so perfect and hadn't been used too that I not only was blown away but I figured out away to style it in the exact same way she did then. Quite the transformation and just a very special moment for me and it just overall really did mean the world to me and can't thank my hair stylist enough! My daughter's appointment was at 1:30 PM, and I was on the waitlist. She wanted burgundy, even though she has jet-black roots with blonde highlights. Mrs. D explained the entire process, told Kim (the colorist) exactly what to use to get as close to that shade as possible, and made sure my daughter felt confident and excited and she was all in! After the color process, Kayla took over, washed her hair, and did a beautiful blowout. My daughter is IN LOVE with her hair. I went in to get my grays covered, and Mrs. D recommended a gorgeous brown. The way she explained everything to both of us made it clear she is extremely experienced and truly knows her craft. Rachel was super friendly and walked me through my experience. She washed my hair twice or three times! Super nice! My hair is super thick so blowed it out until it was dry. She curled and curled some more. She sprayed it. She curled more, she did an incredible job! I was going to a wedding and it stayed the entire night. Which was like almost 8-10 hours!
