Absolutely wonderful!! I have been wanting to stop here for a year now and I'm so glad I did! Claudia is wonderful! Her and her daughter are so nice and very professional. I was in shock on how fast the order was done! I placed the order on Wednesday and the order was ready on Friday!! I'm so happy with the way the embroidery turned out. Looks great!! Long time customers of hers! Her work had always been spot on and worth every penny! I have bought screen prints, rhinestone spurs shirts, and now embroidery shirts for my daughters school. I am happy to support this Hispanic woman-owned business. Claudia and her daughter run a smooth and efficient business with an excellent focus on old school customer service that I feel is lacking in so many businesses today. I walked in with only two items. One fleece jacket and a letterman jacket. Claudia's daughter (I am so sorry I didn't get her name) works at the front desk and advised me that they were running a couple of weeks out because they had so many orders (great for them). I told them the letterman jacket wouldn't be a problem since I was in no hurry for that but I would likely wait on the fleece jacket since it was part of a school uniform and I would need it for the following week when a cold front was supposed to come in. She talked to her mom and asked if there was any way to expedite it, since it was a single item and a small embroidery project. Claudia was kind enough to squeeze it in and told me it would be ready by the weekend and she would call once it was. To my surprise she called that afternoon and told me she got it done and was ready for me to pick up! The letterman jacket was ready a couple of weeks later as promised and she called on that day too. The work is high quality and beautifully done. I am so happy with them both and I will be sure to return anytime I need anything embroidered. Keep in mind, they also sell things like hats, scarves, bags etc. In case you are looking for a personalized gift but don't have anything in mind. read more

Thank you friends!!! I asked them to embroider a pair of eyes for my spouse and I's 2 year anniversary a couple of months back, and they did an excellent job. They asked what colors I wanted, and how I wanted everything positioned so they could get the order just right. On top of a great crafting job, they were quick with the order and finished it before the date in which I needed it. Plus, they're fluent in both Spanish and English which caters excellently to most people in San Antonio. Don't go anywhere else but here to get your stuff done. Periodt read more

First of all, this FedEx location is located on the second floor inside the Hyatt Regency hotel. If you take the escalator, they will be on your left side as you go up. Even though this location is much smaller to other FedEx stores, they do have a wide selection of office supplies like envelopes, markers, binders, batteries, you name it! For my printing order I placed the request over email and they were very quick to respond. The items were ready in less than an hour and everything came out great. We shipped our Exhibit boxes to this FedEx office because we were under the impression that the office was in the same building as convention center... it was not. Normally it is the responsibility of the customer to pick the boxes up and haul them over to the exhibit Hall at this location... In every other exhibit hall we've been to the on-site FedEx office is actually right within the floor plan of the exhibit hall ... After expressing our frustrations, Brian Williams, the general manager stepped in and provided the manpower to assist us in getting all of our materials over to the exhibit hall. We asked FedEx to hold our boxes for the next 3 or 4 days because we need them to repack all of our exhibit material to reship to other locations. At the conclusion of the trade show we found out that they had inadvertently been thrown out. Brian totally owned the problem and provided us with boxing and help pack for almost 2 hours at no additional charge. This is the kind of mindset every employer is looking for...and every entrepreneur must have. We had forgotten one box and packed it with our personal belongings on our way to Boulder... figured we'd ship from there. There's a UPS store next to where we were staying and we brought it in to get it labeled and shipped.. I thought I was going through TSA with having to pull my driver's license out and sign paper documents as if I was also sending this overseas to a foreign country a process taking close to 20 minutes . It was a stark reminder of why FedEx is number one. Anyone headed to the Grand Hyatt in San Antonio ask for Brian Williams ....the dude will take very good care of you. First class guy with a first-class personality delivering first class service.
