First initial communication was good, price was reasonable. I sent my graphics in and he sent back a image of the shirt looked good. I put in order paid 970 dollars. Then things went south. Communication failed. I even drove out to his shop on his request and he was not there. Missed the deadlines and then finally gets shirts and they are horrible. Bad stitching, green colors on the white shirts and different buttons on the shirts. It is bad. No empathy from Bo, he knew they were bad still and still gave them to me. I have unfortunately had a nightmarish experience tailoring my wedding dress. The first tailor…read morebasically botched my dress, and then a family friend with tailoring experience helped me out and un-did as much of the tailoring as she was able. After taking my bridal portraits I was very uncomfortable, adjusting my dress constantly, and nearly tripping. I knew I couldn't go like this to my wedding. I called Agape and she told me to bring the dress in the same day and promised a quick turn-around time. I believe the owners name is Joy, and she is so kind and helpful. She made a great suggestion to make me more comfortable in my dress and also took the hem up further so I could walk comfortably. I work early hours, so she agreed to meet me early in the morning on a weekend so that I could get my dress ASAP. She also brought up the neckline on another dress I'm using for my wedding. Her turnaround time is impressive and her pricing is very fair. She does not try to upsell you and will not alter things that she doesn't see necessary. I am so, so, so grateful to her for making me feel comfortable in my wedding dress. I only wish she had been my first stop! I will bring any items I need tailored to Agape in the future. In fact, I already have a 2027 wedding on the calendar, so when I get my dress I'll be back!
