A non athletic line for athletic people? Are you kidding me? I first went to this Athleta store…read morewhen I began to amp up my gym going experience. I needed functional clothing that I wouldn't breakdown over time. In other words, I didn't want the cheap crap. Sooooo, fast forward through the extremely helpful staff, great customer experience etc. I am at the gym 4 to 5 days a week and not doing wimpy workouts (in other words, I am not there looking to pick up my future husband and I am not staring at my cell phone). The amount of sweat I produce could fill a small bathtub. This is where the Athleta clothes come in. After buying my first two pairs of workout pants, I couldn't wait to go back and buy more. I have washed them hundreds of times and they still look and feel as good as new. Now, most of my clothes come from there. They are my favorite clothes for work or play. I have an unbelievable experience every time I walk through the doors. If you are a strong, athletic woman like me, I don't know how you can go anywhere else! Oh, and I never had an issue with see through pants.

I've been shopping at Athleta for many years and have always had positive experiences, which is why…read morethis visit was so disappointing. During my most recent trip, one of the associates, Delia, was incredibly rude and spoke to me in a condescending way throughout my time in the store. It made what is usually an enjoyable shopping experience feel very uncomfortable. That said, I do want to recognize Mary, who was also working at the time. She is kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, and she reminded me of the level of customer service I've come to expect from this location. I'm hoping this was just an isolated incident, as I've always enjoyed shopping here and would love to continue doing so.

Came to this mall during the winter holiday season and all the bushes got lights in them. They are…read morevery nice. All the stores are lined up outside with bushes all around you. Parking is impossible here because of the limited parking spots by each store. Got to wait for another car to leave and see if any car is fighting for the same spot and then you go berserk! Not much going on here. There is a limited option of stores in this mall that I go to. Wish there were more stores of my type!

Once upon a time, there was a place called Nanuet Mall, which survived 54 years (1969 - 2012) and…read morehas been changed since 2013 and renamed The Shops at Nanuet. I wish I visited that mall, but thank goodness for old photos and memories. The facility looks very nice with many high-end and upscale stores, which you'll find in other outdoor malls as well. Most of the stores I saw outside have a great variety to choose from, with so much to offer. Although that may be true, some of the upscale stuff may not be eye-appealing to some, but everyone's taste is different. There are a couple of retail stores that ring a bell, such as Gap, At Home Furniture, Loft, Bath & Bath Body Works, and Stop & Shop. While exploring, they also provide entertainment, and also dining as an alternative of a number to pick. It's easy to get around, and a map is provided in different areas of the place, which is not hard to miss. In its condition, I see The Shops thriving in the years to come. I wouldn't consider it the place of returning to any time soon due to how far I am, and also my interests in terms of stores. On the flip slide, the changes that occur are what draw my attention, and will be back to observe for that purpose (along with other Shops and Malls). It's clean and kept up very well, and that's what matters. Link to my memory review: https://www.yelp.com/biz/simon-mall-nanuet
