Picked them up within a week, he fixed the heel, soles, and insoles and even cleaned them again when I picked them up even though they already looked good. The heel part was literally just the silver ball when I brought them in, with no support and he added a new heel cover on. Very nice business owner, he encouraged me to speak in Korean even though my Korean is so broken but he told me to keep practicing because I told him I've lost almost all of my Korean from my childhood. I brought in two vintage Coach leather bags that were in need of some love, and overall I'm really happy with the results. I wasn't super specific with what I wanted when I dropped them off, but for $35 per bag, they did a great job bringing them back to life. They're not 100% perfect and could probably use a bit more leather conditioning and a few extra touch-ups, but they're now totally wearable again, which is a huge improvement from where they started. That alone made it worth it. It also seems like they can repair or clean just about anything, and based on my experience, I'd definitely trust them with future tailoring or cleaning needs. This business is located in a strip mall with easy access from a main road, with plenty of parking. The store is quaint and seems private or family owned. I took a pair of shoes in for the heel taps to be replaced as one was missing. The gentlemen charged me $20 which is due at drop off. In my head I was like $20?? But I needed it done. Gave me a ticket for next day pick Up. When I returned, I was in a state of "WOW"! Not only were my tips replaced, he had "brought back to life" my actual heels which had been nicked and scraped up a bit. It was then that the $20 was well worth it!! The reason for my 4 stars was the customer service. It wasn't bad, simply not the expected friendliness of greetings or professionalism. Very unfriendly. He could not shorten the strap on my LV and quoted me $25 to sew 10 stitches to reattach a strap for a Coach tote.

Good work. 30 bucks to replace the bottom rubber part on my boot heels seemed reasonable. Completed in 72 hours (Wed drop off, Sat pickup). Can be very smelly inside when chemicals are being used, so consider a mask or don't linger. Plenty of parking on a Wed amd Sat morning. Some nice dessert and food shops in the same plaza. read more

Having never fixed a purse before, my initial request was a bit unrealistic but the owner was really nice and educational when he was explaining the changes he could make to my purse. He also demonstrated the finish of two different paint colors and allowed me to look at them in the sunlight to make sure I would be happy with the final product. I'd previously taken a pair of tabis to another cobbler (Pasquale) and they refused to put vibrant sole on the heel of the shoes and only cut half of the split. Naturally I was weary of taking them to a cobbler but I'm so glad I took them to Shoe Hospital. The owner explained the process and even fixed some scratches at no additional cost. He was upfront about which scratches could be fixed and which ones couldn't. The split toe was cut perfectly and at $65/pair it's definitely worth every penny. He made them look brand new again. The old man said this is major job and will be very expensive to repair because he has no Rivet tool for changing snap button replacement. I ask him if he can just saw it. He said it is impossible. Any shoe repair shop can stitch it and carry Rivet replacement tool, which is basic for any shoe and bag repair. Don't waste your time going there. read more
