I brought one of my Jimmy Choo lace up heels in for him to fix one of the laces where the leather was coming off, he gave it a week for pick up. when I came to pick it up He wrapped a big thick leather cord around it. I asked him to please remove that and if he could do it more thin, matching the rest of the cord he freaked out didn't wanna do it said it's $50 or he'll cut it off and I can take my business elsewhere. I asked him to please just fix it and I would pay the $50 if it looked like $50 worth of craftsmanship. He kept it there for another week. I went to go pick it up and he handed me my shoe with the cord, cut off and all the glue stuck to the leather. Do not take your shoes to hand if you want quality work. He is an asshole.
