I wish more stores are like this in that they are willing to help customers instead of just trying to get money from the customers. The PPT was super fast and you can tell they want to help you get it done quickly. I always show appreciation for stores that don't charge extra with hidden fees because they don't make money on it and their attitude tells me what kind of store it is. What called me back was my cousin wanted to do a PPT transaction. Called2Arms was close to his place and he spoke very highly of this place. It takes more than and hour to visit this shop, but I can see why I would be a repeat customer. When arriving we were warmly greeted by the staff and attended to immediately. It was kind of a slow day at the shop when we were there. From start to finish our transaction went very smoothly, with the help of the knowledgeable staff. I waited the mandatory 10 days to pick up my M&P Shield. When picking that up, I saw another firearm that caught my interest. The S&W 380 Bodyguard. Complain that transfers make little, so now he makes less with no further purchases and passing this experience on to others.
