We were kindly greeted when we entered the store and immediately noticed it was incredibly clean and organized. Finding the shoes was quick, although it was surprising that there weren't more loafers to choose from (they make great business casual shoes for the office imho). The gentleman who had greeted us also checked us out. He gave me a 20% discount just for giving him my phone number. He was so cordial, I almost couldn't believe it. That made me happy. I think shoe store personnel are usually bored and unhappy but this was completely the opposite and refreshing.
