Pic of my air mattress 5 mins after inflation, it's supposed to be 20 in tall

I was excited for the deals at this store, and so I went to buy some air mattresses which they don't allow you to open to make sure they work... but they assured me they were good and new.... Well they weren't, both used and holes in them, totally unusable. And of course they're final sales so there goes my money to the trash! I should've gone online to check they're reviews and I would've seen from everyone here that all they sell is trash!! But hopefully the next person will see this and be aware of this business selling trash.

By far the worst liquidation center ever. Their Instagram and website seem professional, but today I was scammed out of over $100. I cannot in good conscious ever recommend a business that promotes products as a huge sale, but knowingly is selling broken items. To promote their business they advertised multiple TVs on a massive sale of $25. Like most liquidation stores they ask you to not open boxes, but I encountered 2 major issues. 1. The cashier overcharged me by adding a mystery box to my receipt. When questioned, she admitted to the mistake, but to prevent a hassle we just took a mystery box instead. The mystery box was filled with junk that seems to be the items that didn't sell form their bins. They advertise these boxes by saying that some boxes have $100 vouchers, but really the boxes are just filled with their trash. Additionally, after purchasing and paying employees snarled at me for opening the box outside of the establishment (must've been scared of everyone else seeing what they were really purchasing). 2. I waited 8 hours in the rainy and cold night/morning until opening for their advertised TVs. The TVs were hidden and spread out like all the other large items. We were able to get a hold of 2 40" TVs. When we got home, both LCD screens were broken. Still trying to be positive we called a few repair shops to get quotes. All the repair shops said the same thing, the LCD screen is not worth replacing due to the high cost and that they would not complete that work.

Omg I haven't done my monthly visit here in awhile. ECO Thrift always have three different…read morediscount color tags , one for 25%, 50%, & 75%! I came here just to browse because I always find good quality and sometimes brand new name brand items. The cashiers work extra hard to keep the checkout lines down. The clothes are organized to their best ability by sizes, women's, men's, infants, children's, youth, electronics, toiletries, and boutique. I even found new toys for my fur babies I truly believe this place is a hidden gem located in San Bernardino. And yes they have very friendly security guards who tell you, "Hello how are you" "Thank you." The workers walking around filling up the racks with more goodies. They don't mind answering questions, concerns and lots of patience with unruly children. Parking lot is kinda of unlimited and shared with another business next door but I always have a way to park! Come in and visit it's not bad at all and guarantee you will find something good!

I don't come to eco thrift as often as I used to because once their store became popular on tik tok…read morethey raised their prices. A yankee candle at eco was $17.99, when at target they're $14.29...they hike up the prices for name brand items even if they're not in good condition. I came in today looking for dickies and the tags on clearance were yellow, orange, and pink. All the tags on dickies were green. While paying security and the associates harassed a customer who had a bag and yanked it off their arm. Someone walked in during the commotion and realized what was going on and left due to how they were treating the person. Before paying the sales associate asked if I wanted a bag and I told her "no it's okay I have my own" and she proceeded to say "ohh great". Eco thrift employees treats everyone as thief's. They breathe down your neck while you're paying yet when you walk out and you set the alarm off because they forgot to take the security tag from items that are over a certain price. This place has horrible service and horrible prices. Thrift stores should not be reaching retail prices. Start ticket switching and start fighting back. This is unacceptable behavior. Find a better thrift store with better service.

The owner is purchasing and upselling (up to triple the price from the department store). The owner does sprinkle some antiques around the store but the items are overpriced. It's also kind of weird that the owner has a huge photograph of herself behind the cashier counter. Not a fan of this store when there are plenty of other stores worth shopping at walking distance.

I got about a third of the way into the store, admiring the wide array of vintage food craft tools - when I came upon the prominent display of the T-shirt "Try that in a small town". Knowing that this is a racist T-shirt advocating the lynching of African-Americans I realized that it was an intentional statement to black and brown people so I immediately left the store and wrote this second review. The first review was removed by Yelp because I gave it five stars. That's why I adjusted it to one star. Presently no one should patronize the store if they have a conscience and are wanting to make the world a better place.
