Where should I begin lol!! This store is so unkept, disorderly at its best . Items strewn on the floor ( watch your step , might trip. ) It's hard to know if it's your first time here . how much article of clothing costs . There is no price tags on most of the items. They go by a plastic tag color code . Clear, blue or red and each color price from $1 and up . I honestly don't remember anymore as I am writing this review for pricing tags. Not easy to access some section of the store , it's piled behind by other objects , so it's hard for me to see . They need to have price lists somewhere on the wall , clean up and get organized. Absolute gem, almost didn't want to review--so I could keep this one all to myself! But.. this place really does deserve the business and attention! After coming back to Rialto after many years, I was happy to find this place, the staff is friendly, happy and helpful! The prices are outstanding and the finds rate a 10 out of 10 on the Rad meter! If you find pleasure in the hunt this is your kind of place , a more traditional thrift shop, erratic finds and loads of vintage. I appreciate the yard sale feel over the super store shop. I stopped by today at noon and the doors were locked and there was a lady sitting at the desk who turned around looking very annoyed. There was no lunch sign or anything. I drove by again at 5:30 and it was closed when store hours say open until 7 pm. read more

Small selection of clothing and extremely small aisles which makes it hard to go through racks. Clothes range from $5 - $50. Most of their items are furniture. Not organized at all and strong foul odor throughout the store. Staff is also not welcoming. read more

If you're looking for a thrift shop with affordable thrift store prices, then Restored to Hope is the place for you! They've got everything a standard thrift shop has and is organized into two floors, which makes it fun to explore. The downstairs shop has clothing (men's, women's and children's), shoes, accessories, LOTS of housewares, and jewelry. The upstairs shop holds the rest of the housewares, home decor, beautiful furniture, some clothes, and vintage dolls. The staff are super friendly, easy-going, and glad to help! Everything in the shop is either really affordable or reasonably priced if it's an item of substantial value. At first sight, it may look like a lotta "junque" but digging through it is what thrift shopping is about! I was able to find a box of unused 1950's-60's vintage Maja by Myrurgia set of perfumed soaps w/ its original packing! All for just $1!!! Beautiful Thrift Store Friendly staff awesome lay out great prices. It has 2 floors with the upstairs having the furniture, it's important to note every room upstairs is laid out with a specific theme and is very pretty. The vibe it gave me was that of being in a Victorian period with another room in native American theme and one in Asia. Come by and check it out, days like today many things are 50% off. read more

This place is wonderful, all items are not Overpriced. Unlike any other thrift store. I shopped here every once a week.

I have been here about 3 times now and always find something cute and cheap. The prices vary. You can find some great items for SUPER cheap and then you run into some super over priced things. It can be a hit or miss. They have 2 stories, downstairs is where you pay and they have a whole bunch of racks of clothes and some glassware. Upstairs is super cute and is full of antiques. They have couches, lamps, rugs, and rooms full of ransoms. I think it's a nice place to stop by and check out :) read more

My new hobby lately has been thrifting as part of my life project to lessen the carbon footprint we humans leave in our environment. We were in the area for an event and had some time afterwards so I searched for a thrift store nearby. This is a two story building filled with tons of stuff. Clothing, shoes, and kitchenware are downstairs. Upstairs are more housewares and home decor. The staff are very friendly and available for questions. Prices are reasonable and there are frequent sales. They do accept donations during business hours. After some digging, I was able to find what i was looking for, except they did not have children's clothing. I am always on the lookout for more pants for our son. They take cash and credit/debit cards as well. Nice store, will definitely return when in the area. read more

Mike is the reason for the 1 Star. Today we came to the shop to find some furniture. When we came in we first saw a piece of yard equipment with a $30 price tag. We asked the man at the register for a discount, and he gave us one. We then went up stairs for the furniture. We found a piece for $100 and a piece for $40. This is where Mike comes in. We asked for a discount and he immediately said our $40 piece was marked wrong, So he said we could take both pieces for $140, which is the price marked. Then he says, I'll take $20 off. We graciously declined. When he said the piece was marked wrong, he grumpily questioned the woman working, Who priced this?! The girls said, you know they come in with prices. (Stay tuned to why they come in with prices...) We then proceed to pay for our equipment and other items and the card machine was dead, so we shop a bit longer to wait for the thing to charge. Meantime, the equipment gets loaded in our truck and we continue to wait to pay. The guy at the counter is great, we offer to go get cash at the bank and he trusted we would return to pay. We have come here many times. Then Mike comes down to the register and says, so what's up with the equipment in the truck? The guys says, he bought it, while pointing at my husband. Mike says how much did you sell it for? So the man tells him. Mike says, NO, that's $150! The man and my husband say, NO, the price tag said $30. Mike again said, No. it's $150, go take it out of his truck!!! Seriously! Take it out of our truck? It was taken out of our truck! So 2x while we shopped, Mike changed the prices then took our items back. NOW THIS IS WHAT I KNOW.... All the merch here comes from An Estate Sale Company (which will remain nameless because this isn't their issue) The majority of what is here was donated after the estate sales. If there is a colored sticker it comes from the sale. So, RTH, didn't even have to price the items in store. So that $40 price on the dresser was not even placed by RTH, so why did Mike put those girls on the spot? That's why she said, they come in with the price. I have appreciated my previous times here at RTH, but Mike ruined it with his behavior. There is room to Barter when you're getting loads of free estate items and when you have consistent customers to help you make room for more stuff to come in. You're still making money off free donations. We shop The estate sale company very frequently and sometimes we miss some and sometimes we have regrets not getting something, so we go to RTH to pick it up there. Frankly, we pay more at RTH because the 2nd day of the sale we get 50% off. So, Mike, shame on your behavior. You lost the store customers. read more

I love this place... it's so fun to go through all the different furniture rooms upstairs ... they have some really nice pieces . It's clean and the customer service is amazing! I like coming every week, seems like that get new stuff on the daily ! They also have a great selection of tableware... I like to create tablescapes ...and they have everything I need :) read more
