Most sellers have solid collections, which makes the whole place feel thoughtfully curated instead of random. I enjoy looking at all the treasures from another time and imagining the stories behind them. It's a fun place to explore whether you are seriously shopping or just happily window browsing.

The staff is extremely friendly and ready to help - they held an item for me and were patient as I bought a separate cord to see if it would be compatible. There are many other amazing antique stores just down the street that are worth visiting instead. The owner here can be quite rude and seems to have little patience or respect for people who disagree with her or cause even small inconveniences. When we first purchased an item, she was very nice and even offered to let us come back another time to pick it up since her hours didn't quite work for us. That was very kind and we appreciated the flexibility. Unfortunately, when it came time to actually pick up the item, her attitude completely changed. She became extremely rude and essentially berated me, my dad, and my husband. To this day, I'm not entirely sure why she was so upset with us since we had both agreed on a pickup time. However, the messages she sent afterward made it clear that she had little respect or basic courtesy toward us. I've worked in customer service before, so I understand that customers can sometimes be frustrating. If she was upset about something we did, I can understand feeling frustrated. However, speaking to customers the way she did is something I would never do. The store may have some interesting items, but I would much rather spend my money supporting businesses that treat their customers with respect.

The gentleman working the register was nice and explained how the store is set up. There are 15-20 different "booths" that are from different sellers who're the space and offer items for sale. The inventory is all used stuff so there is an assortment of different items all over and I was told it's constantly changing. There were some old "vintage" Chanel purses and sweater in one booth but they were replicas so I would say pay attention and don't assume anything is authentic unless you verify but everything seemed priced fairly. For me not antiques Riverside, CA…read more Date went 11/9/25 (Sunday) Time went 11:53am (Relatively busy) Atmosphere: When I tell you I've been to quite a few antique/thrift stores in Riverside/Norco area I mean I've been to approximately 5 different stores in the past 2 days alone. The atmosphere here is far different from all the stores I've been to in the area. Although small, it's packed and wonderfully staged into small sections which makes it easier to envision items in your space; which is something most stores don't take time to do. Clothing is limited, but carefully curated and organized into sweaters, outwear, pants, and even plus sizes (which I haven't seen in other stores). COME HERE IF ... you're looking for furniture and unique Knick knacks and accessories for your home. There's a lot of it and this is the first store where I wanted to purchased everything I practically laid my eyes on. DOWNSIDE ... I laid my eyes on a table set I wanted to purchase for my soon to be first apartment, however, I decided to walk through the whole store first before coming back to purchase it. IT WAS SOLD by the time I walked back towards the front of the store. LESSON LEARNED HERE IS if you want something buy it right then and there because you quite frankly, YOU WILL NOT FORGET IT (a fitting name for the store) AND BE SAD YOU DIDN'T GET IT. There was also another girl who purchased the exact mini lamp I wanted on my way out as I was contemplating what I wanted to purchase. If you want something here just buy it because chances are it won't be there if you come back again. Ultimately, I will be back and feel like I found a gem with this location and everything is reasonable priced.

The minute we walked in, we said hello, but we got no response back. I didn't walk out because my son was pretty excited to take me shopping there. But I didn't know that he noticed as well. We looked around for a little bit. They do have really nice stuff that I wanted to purchase, but I decided not to give that establishment my money. When we walked out, my son was in front of me. He had a bag with other stuff that he purchased at other stores, and the lady was just looking at him up and down, like if my son took something. I turned around, looked at her, and said 'you have a good day.' Once again, she didn't respond. She made us feel super uncomfortable.

I started attending the Redlands Antique Auction just before the pandemic and was dazzled by the…read morehigh quality antiques that were always coming through. When it transitioned to online, it was a fun way to spend part of my Saturday while I did chores, running over to my laptop to bid as my items came up. It was always a pleasant experience when picking up my treasures; all the staff are so friendly and helpful, and insisted on loading everything in my van for me. Then I fell in love with a man in Palm Desert and it was time to downsize my 5 bedroom Victorian home in Los Angeles and sell it. The Redlands Auction staff made the long drive to come out and accepted about 90% of my offerings and spread them out between 2 auctions. I was more than pleased with what my antiques brought in, and it saved me so much time trying to sell them another way. Now it's a couple years down the road I am back in the buying market again to add my own touch to our desert and mountain homes, and of course Redlands Auction is where I turn! I have gotten some AH-mazing deals!
