It was a great day to walk, so we used the walking path that connects the villages. (Note that if you require mobility assistance, it may be best to drive between the villages). The public restrooms at the Welcome Center (Green Village) and next to Banana Republic (Blue Village) were clean, well stocked, and in good condition. My aunt even complimented the nice aroma (smelled like lemons). Not all stores had fantastic deals (Lucky Brand was still at $99 for a pair of jeans) but still nice to browse thru.

The person working the cash register looked it up and said it would be $51. 3 minutes later, I found the EXACT same shawl in a small which had a price tag of 41.50 (the first one was a medium). We asked him to honor the price, and he said "nope, mediums probably cost more because, you know extra fabric." Okay, first of all, that's not how clothes work. But to humor him my friend tried on the small and it fit, and we asked to get that one. "Nope (again) all sales are final (he and not told us that). You can't exchange it, for the exact same item for the correct price. You CAN go buy something else for the price difference (not easy to do), so she bought a bracelet and paid more. Such a contrast to the experience I'm accustomed to shopping on Frisco Main Street. NOT a good reflection on our town at all. I will never bring a guest there again. He and his store have the respect of his peers in Breckenridge. I left feeling educated about boots and their fit as well as felling personally served. I can't recommend this place much higher than to say my little toe isn't screaming at me anymore!

Fantastic tourist shop in the heart of Beaver Creek Village just steps from the central ice rink…read more They have all the things traveling kids and parents could want to bring home from Beaver Creek; t-shirts, pins, buttons, necklaces, a light selection of child ski gear, and an endless assortment of stuffed animals, some with Beaver Creek branding. I like to get my kid stuffed animals from places we travel, preferably with the name of the place, so this store solves that need. Parent pro tip: first stop at the outdoor Hooked tiki bar just across the sidewalk for a nice and strong Zombie or Mai Tai, drinks are allowed in Generation BC, then you will love letting your kid run around in here for an hour looking at all the things they have.
