We had only left the store a few minutes earlier before noticing that it had a hole in it, so we returned to ask if we could exchange it for one that wasn't damaged. Instead of helping us, he became very aggressive and repeatedly squeezed the NeeDoh right in our faces while saying, "There is nothing wrong with it." He was practically yelling at us, even though the toy clearly had a hole. The way he spoke to us and handled the situation was very unprofessional and disrespectful. It was a very disappointing customer service experience.

Inside is small, but the displays and items chosen to put on sale have so much care put into them and an array of nice, beachy colors. The shop offers many products that reflect a part of the Rehoboth Beach community, but it still keeps things classy. I typically avoid souvenir shops, but a friend introduced me to this place and I am in love with the place now. Staff is friendly here and they understand how to make sure that your item is in working order and we checked things before I took off with them.

I mean, the home decor items can be souvenirs, but when you are just looking for the knickknack type of things, this may not be your stop. The items inside were beautiful. Well displayed, stock was maybe a bit overwhelming, it is well lit. If you have the time, you can definitely lose track of it in here. Although I did not find what I was looking for, I did enjoy browsing and the staff were pleasant and polite. Just be careful if you feel claustrophobic, it can be a tight squeeze in here if you don't like close spaces.
