Didn't think a Williamson county rec center would ever offer better pricing and experience but here we are. They are charging comparable prices but not providing comparable quality. It seems they have switched ownership or management and someone doesn't know what they're doing. Noticeable change in quality, organization and service. Multiple times over the summer I was charge twice or told I didn't pay when I produced a receipt. Had several times we made reservations just to be told we didn't. Our swim instructor is amazing, too bad they price their own community out. Would not recommend until they literally clean up, upgrade equipment and serve the community rather than their bank accounts trying to give as little as possible for the dollar spent.

The chicken tacos were bland, with no seasoning, no heat, and no hot sauce or flavorful elements to bring them together. Everything tasted flat and underwhelming. The wine tasting was another letdown. We weren't given any descriptions or explanations about the wines -- they simply dropped off the flights without telling us what we were drinking, which took away from the whole tasting experience. Overall, the service was the only positive part of the visit. The front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful, the house keeping staff here does an amazing job keeping the clean, the rooms were some of the nicest we have had and we usually stay at Marriott or Hilton and I can tell you it was better than a lot of the places we have stayed. My lone complaint was that we stayed here during renovations. They had appropriately provided signage noting that the laundry and gym facilities were closed due to the rehab work going on, but we still had to pay north of $200 for the stay, even with those amenities not be usable. Sort of thought there would be a "pardon our dust" discount. Oh well. The free breakfast in the morning which started at an impressive 6am was excellent. Staffer had it up and running right on time, and the food area was as clean and tidy as I have ever seen with a great selection of items.
