The front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful, the house keeping staff here does an amazing job keeping the clean, the rooms were some of the nicest we have had and we usually stay at Marriott or Hilton and I can tell you it was better than a lot of the places we have stayed. I can't wait to visit again, our kids loved the pool and it's right off the highway and close to lots of food options along with Walmart and convenience stores, honestly can't say enough good things and that's not an exaggeration.

He had the baby back ribs "sticky style" and he said they were the best ribs he has ever had. I had a grilled chicken salad and an order of sweet potato fries. The fries were as good as any I have had. The salad was a salad. I think it was iceberg lettuce. Everything was fresh. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the service was friendly and attentive. They do allow you to bring your own alcohol, but they do not sell any at the restaurant, so make sure you bring it, if you want it.

My lone complaint was that we stayed here during renovations. They had appropriately provided signage noting that the laundry and gym facilities were closed due to the rehab work going on, but we still had to pay north of $200 for the stay, even with those amenities not be usable. Sort of thought there would be a "pardon our dust" discount. Oh well. The free breakfast in the morning which started at an impressive 6am was excellent. Staffer had it up and running right on time, and the food area was as clean and tidy as I have ever seen with a great selection of items. All in all, a practical place to stay that will soon be a much nicer version of itself.

The price was more than fair, and next to the office they provide a lovely and open sunroom for your continental breakfast, which is fresh and filling each morning. The front-desk-staff I encountered were warm, friendly, and helpful. (I loved the large pet turtle behind the counter!) The cleaning staff I encountered were just as helpful and followed my instructions with no issues. There is a swimming pool on premises, but it is not working. That seems to be a common thing, as none of the area motels have working pools. (Hey! Lawrenceburg hotels -- fix your swimming pools!!! Get 'em working!!!) The parking lot was well-lit at night and felt safe to walk through. The grounds were clean and well-manicured. The room itself was good, if not great. The queen bed was stiff, but comfortable and there were no issues with the shower/tub/toilet. The sink/vanity area was comfortable and easy to use. It included the little coffee machine, hair dryer, clothes hangers, clothes iron, and ironing board. A writing desk was appreciated and the flat-screen TV on top of the dresser worked very well. An overstuffed armchair and ottoman rounded-out the room's features. Your experience might be a little better than mine, or maybe even a little worse, but if you're passing through Lawrenceburg and looking for an inexpensive, comfortable, no-frills motel, The Villa Inn is the spot to choose.

It is a quaint smaller bed-and-breakfast however the owners, and those that sit around the table in the morning are an incredible blessing and addition to your visit. The food is wonderful and the atmosphere calming. There's a beautiful large porch where you can sit outside and drink your coffee or wine and you can take wonderful walks or runs around the Franklin Square with wonderful coffee houses and even a local bookstore. Spoiler, there are no TV's in your room but in a common room.
