All of our stuff is ready in a timely manner and we have never had any issues with any of the embroidery. My shirts are now over 2 years old and though the colors have faded from the shirts due to the frequent washing, the embroidered logos still looks brand new. Jon makes sure to keep us in the loop about new products such as water bottles and other things you wouldn't think to order from an embroidery place. But Shennel at Sactown's Finest came to my rescue! And for a reasonable price too. I'm very happy with the result. She also embroidered a name on the front (not pictured). When I first dropped the parka off she was still setting up her location, but when I returned to pick up the completed parka she had her lobby set up with samples of other work she can do...and it's a lot!
