Notary & fax here all in one place. One stop shop. Very convenient & prompt fast service. To fax it's 1.50 a page. Notary was fifteen dollars. Worth it for us bc my wife needed this service just recently. This shop is walkable distance from our home but we chose to drive bc it was raining that day. I was contemplating writing this, but I figure I do the review about the accuracy of their worker. In the last week I had went to mail and more to mail out important documents that requires certified mail and return receipt, each time I went I had to constantly repeat myself over again that I was mailing out a certified mail that needed a return receipt, the first two times she did it correctly but having to repeat myself meant that the person was not actively listening. The third time, same thing even after repeating myself and the cashier acknowledges that I needed a return receipt. Coming home I checked my receipt to find out that she did NOT indeed charge me for the return receipt even after repeating it more than twice that I needed one. I will not be returning my business for the simple fact that they cant get this simple thing done. read more

I have always found this store to be super friendly and helpful. After dropping off my package yesterday, I found out I sent the package to the wrong address. I frantically called the store to see if they could intercept the package in time before it was picked up. Cam was so helpful and thorough in keeping me calm, finding the package, and sending it to the correct address. He also followed up with the tracking number to make sure the loop was closed on the service extended. I'm so grateful to him and the store for their help! read more

I came in a few weeks ago for notary services and there was a bit of a line, so I waited patiently as both of the women were happily running back and froth handling the needs of all the customers. I reached my turn and (I want to say her name is Melanie but I'm blanking!) very apologetically let me know I was missing items and needed to come back in order to have my docs notarized. Truly not a problem. She was so sweet and I could tell she really didn't want to tell me she couldn't complete the service then. Not a problem, I gathered what I needed and returned an hour or so later. Just as gracious as the first time, she helped me through the whole process quickly and explained everything thoroughly. She's just an overall pleasant person! $15 to notarize and a truly pleasant customer service experience, can't beat that! read more

The interior is nice and clean and was updated recently too (I think within the past 5 years or so since the carpet was different). The staff are always so friendly and super helpful. I came here around 5:30pm on Tuesday right after a bad experience at UPS just across the street. I needed to get a live scan done and saw on the website they stop walk ins at 5pm which is why I went to UPS originally. I should've just came directly to Mail and More in the first place! Christina immediately helped me and did the live scan so quickly. I was in and out of the store in under five minutes. Save the hassle and just come here! Seems like it's a hit or miss when it comes to various UPS locations being able to do live scan despite them being listed as providing the service. read more

A little more expensive then the post office but what a convenience!!! The ladies who work here are fun, and they help people in good time. The location is awesome there ar so many food shops and boba and nails and grocery markets that you can walk around after dropping your packages or mail off here! Would definitely come back if I needed a quick send off for my packages but the cost difference is quite significant. With the closure of many retail stores due to COVID-19, the USPS has seen an influx in business. Although great for the postal business, this causes almost holiday season-like lines in the post office. Thankfully, there are small businesses like Mail & More that provide USPS (and other delivery services) services. Whenever I visit this store I am amazed at the high level of customer service provided. The staff not only greet customers, but they move with a sense of urgency that is lacking at standard post offices. Recently, I noticed that a package that I mailed through Mail & More was showing as "pending" when attempting to track its whereabouts. I called Mail & More and an employee pleasantly explained that due to COVID-19 and the influx of mail orders, USPS is not required to provide detailed tracking information. Therefore, the tracking would be updated once the package is delivered to its destination. Two days later I received notification that the package successfully arrived at its destination. Thank you Mail & More, please keep up the great customer service....it does not go unnoticed! read more

I used to go to Bel Air for their postal services, but they don't do that anymore. This place is in the same shopping center so I went here to buy some forever stamps. Cost is a little more expensive but customer service is much better than the post office. read more

After using them a few times, they developed a negative attitude towards us for dropping off USPS packages, stating they do not get paid for providing this service. Well, they should not state they support this service if they are going to make their clients feel terible for using this service. Luckily after a quick Yelp search I just had to walk a few doors down to Mail and More! I walked right in and didn't even have to wait, because someone was ready to help me at the next register. NEVER WILL I RETURN BACK TO THIS PREJUDICE LOCATION!!! I enters in the establishment and there were 3 WHITE employees working. I made eye contact with 2 of them. There was only 1 customer inside besides myself so I stepped into the wait here position for customer #2. Again 2 of the employees made eye contact so I waited. I needed to mail out a few documents out of the country and decided to give Mail&More a try instead of USPS office. I was trying to avoid the long lines at USPS during the holiday season. I went in a few minutes after it was opened. There was about 4-5 customers ahead of me. I got quoted $60 for the documents which I already placed in the USPS priority mail flat rate envelope and the person who was helping me didnt seem to know what to do very well, needed to ask another coworker a few times. I decided not to send it here. I took the same envelope to USPS office down the street, and it was only $40. I didn't have to wait long, only 10 minutes and customer service was great! In short, services here would be more expensive then if you go directly to other shipping stores such as Fedex, UPS, USPS, etc But if time and convenient are what you need, you may give this place a try. read more

Came in for a livescan on the 22nd, and my form was processed with an incorrect birthdate(they typed it incorrectly). it was very quick and convenient (at the moment). They would not waive the cost for a new livescan. They suggested I resubmit but unfortunately, my program specifically requested that it not be a resubmission. I thought about going in and chatting with another rep but I'm not about to pay twice to a place that will not stand behind their overlooking. so if you have a livescan that is time-sensitive and for a grad program, I can't in good faith recommend this place. The rep I spoke to on the phone was kind but unfortunately, their boss did not care to waive the cost. EDIT: attached pic where program email states that a resubmission would be invalid. I do appreciate the owner's quick responses, but unfortunately in my case, the solutions he offered were not enough, and I don't remember checking for errors. read more

They don't make sure incoming parcels are your own parcel by getting signature from each one so what can go wrong went wrong and my $1200 incoming cargo from China picked up by someone else and owner insisted that I was the one who picked up . Incompetent!!!! 1st they lost my taxes that I printed out and mailed from there. 2nd I go and get a PO Box for $88 for 3 months (rip off) the same day I find one cheaper somewhere else $60 for 6 months and no $20 set up fee, that I had no clue was not refundable. I called them a hour after I get the box to tell them i don't need it and can income return key for a refund but the girls who answered said she doesn't know. Smh won't hkbthe next morning to cancel, well to my surprise they want $20 for a setup fee which USPS says there shouldn't be a fee. Be careful with these racist people. read more

On 4/30/22 I sent a package to my daughter in Ohio to a PO BOX. this package was sent via fed ex through mail&more. When i checked on tracking I noticed the package was delivered to Lubbock, Texas. I called mail&more and I believe it was Ashley who said would contact fed ex and follow up. Never heard back from her. I contacted fed ex and they informed me they didn't deliver to a PO BOX. i would have thought mail&more would know that. I was going to change it to 2 stars but then saw the response from the business owner along with all the other not so great reviews on account of POC not being acknowledged when they walk through the doors and then it hit me. . Yes, this is an apparent issue with this store that I've witnessed multiple times. Also my review is not intended to be "harsh or hurtful" Rather it's a reflection of the business and how so much can improve. . Perhaps the prices can't really be changed any further but as far as customer service and basic acknowledgement of all customers? That's not asking for too much and they can't deliver. . Like I said go to USPS a few streets down or the UPS literally across the street. This place always has a strange vibe inside and I've even overheard an employee telling another girl to overcharge a shipping order. .
