Employee then said it would be a while. I asked how long and the employee wouldn't give a time frame. I would have waited, but the tone and repeated comments of the employee told me that the employee didn't want to make it. During this interaction, the person I was with suggested to me that we go to another shop nearby for the sandwich and the employee was not bothered by the loss of business. I will never return here. I have told my family and friends to stay away, and felt so disappointed by my experience that I took the time to write this review. P.S. While we were waiting, someone who seemed like a "regular" (and who seemed to know the employee) came in and was also treated so rudely.

My pistachio gelato was authentic heaven-in-a-cup delicious! You can tell by the natural pistachio colour. It wasn't neon green. Plenty of outdoor seating under the trees overlooking a pond.
