It's taken me 10 years to discover the fine Beanstock Roastery in Eastham!! I came in during the week, and I was the only one there. Wonderfully helped by Dez who got my one pound bag of the Nauset Blend freshly ground to take back home with me. The Nauset Blend is a light coffee and my favorite for breakfast, or just about any time. While at the Roastery, I looked at their various merch. They've got it all: from stickers, to shirts, to ceramic pour over cups, Beanstock logo mugs, Runamok syrups, and even cute coffee bean earrings. I was also able to taste one of their other coffee flavors, as they offer two complimentary coffees to try that were freshly brewed. The one that I flavored was the Honduran Marcala Organic, which I enjoyed very much. The other flavor of the day was the Dark Secret Organic. If you're on the Cape, and not far from Eastham, I highly recommend the Beanstock Roastery as a stop! They also offer local pick-up ordering. Size of coffee bags available for purchase are 12 oz and 1 pound bags. I'm just kicking myself for not knowing they were here all along. What a way to start my morning!! ... greeted by a friendly staff member and offered a free cup along with great milk and sugar alternatives. We previewed their website and picked out the Cape Beach Blend which was in stock along with many other great selections. My friend got a cute hoodie and as we were checking out were offered a free sticker. We ran home to brew some more and enjoy. Highly recommend!! read more

For coffee drinkers, this is a fun little shop to stop by! (Their facility retail shop hours are M-F 8am-4pm) You can stock up on beans or grounds (freshly poured and sealed!) and they always have free samples of something to taste. You might also spot their coffee on menus or on shelves around neighboring towns too! - Including at The Daily Paper in Hyannis which is our favorite spot to stop at on our way on/off the Cape! This is a roasting facility, not a coffee shop. They have a complimentary cup of coffee when you visit (and hopefully buy). Their coffee is some of the best I have ever had. The Wellfleet and Deep Sea blends are amazing. Both iced version (nitro and not) were delicious. I will seek out their brews from now on. A wide array of blends and roasts, you can smell the amazing aromas the minute you exit your car. Lots of coffee tools. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. read more

Coffee good, but beware, they run out due to wholesale orders alot. Also if they don't have a whole pound they round up the price anyway.

When you walk into this warehouse space, you are immediately greeted by the warm, intoxicating smells of fresh roasted coffee. They have tons to choose from, in either a freshly filled 1-lb bag, or 12 oz vacuum-sealed bags. Do yourself a favor and get the freshly filled bags. Better yet, ask the guy working which roast was done most recently and get a pound of that. They have some coffee brewing to try; definitely worth stopping in!! read more

Shop local! On Fridays they offer tours of the small industrial space where they make coffee magic. While cruising the Cape on a day off, we planned our morning around being able to stop by. Signage could be a little better. On the way there, you spend about a minute going "this can't be the right place!" Until you see the sign, the van and the open roller door. Inside of the space they have a small area set up with a variety of hot coffee samples, bags of coffee, apparel and high end coffee brewing accessories. The tour is brief but informative, they explain the coffee growing and bean buying process as well as demonstrate their roasters and show a batch in progress. Plenty of time for questions, of which which we had many! After the tour they also offered us free cold brew, which I'm currently addicted to, and was amazing. Wishing I had purchased a growler! It's not fancy and it's not a cafe, but it's a great way to learn more about a local business and learn about your daily hit of caffeine! Hopefully someday they'll expand to their own coffee bar. read more

Great place to buy beans in a very cool space-you can see where they roast and try different types. They also sell a lot of great equipment like kalitas, chemexes, filters, etc. My only suggestion would be that they do more African coffees and go lighter on the roasts. The 'light roast' Ethiopian I picked up is significantly darker than most third wave roasts I usually get, and on this note, and superficial as it may be, I'd update the logo as it too sends a Central Perk second wave message. But enough with the complaints, this place is awesome and the people are super nice. Definitely get the cold brew on tap! read more

This small local company is able to get the very best beans from small farmers and then roasts them to perfection. Their Ethiopian beans are absolutely stellar--and award winning! I've never tasted better coffee, and I've been drinking it since it only came in cans many decades ago. They often have special one time offerings that are a real treat. Purely from the perspective of a guy who needs a morning coffee. Never a fan of barista, the bitter brew, the attitude, I like making my own and purchasing Beanstock from retailers around the Cape who know a good cup of coffee. When you support local, you truly are giving back and investing in the economy. Forget the chains and support those local establishments that brew good honest local roasters of the bean. I like bold some days and others a milder brew. I can do it straight up as in black or i really like to soften it with some skim milk or half and half. I graduated from sugar after college. Wellfleet and Nauset blends seem to be my go to but I'm working on the Sumatra, and Black Creek now. Both winners! Friends like the no octane decaf Wellfleet. These roasters are good people and I like to think of buying local as supporting the golf pro at the club when you buy new clubs. Not that i golf. Can't stand it.
