When we brought it to our server's attention (he blew us off and acted inattentive) we insisted that it was okay and since they were busy it would not need to be redone, but I was expecting a visit from management or at least even a percentage off for not receiving the shrimp. Then on top of that, on our last order of breadsticks there was a hair and still, there was no visit from management or compensation at all. It was clear that our server did not tell management about the mistakes nor the hair.

West Street Deli is just down the street from my Ames Barber (Troy) and just as close to Mother's Pub. The street is its own little business District, and feels far away from Lincoln Way.
