At first glance, the store is very bright, and the menu is pretty self-explanatory. A staff member greeted us right away, was eager to assist, and explained how everything worked. I ordered the salted caramel crunch and one of the mint specialties. When we arrived, there was only one couple ahead of us they ordered through the kiosk, while we placed our order with the associate. The ice cream-making process is so cool. it's a show all on its own. If you have kids, this is definitely a fun treat. The business looked well-kept and clean. I would recommend having another team member assisting with orders, though. During our visit, there was only one employee helping more than 15 people while we enjoyed our ice cream not to mention the mobile orders coming in and since it does take a minute to craft each order i think this would help customer satisfaction. they could us the help! parking is a breeze!
