I hate writing bad reviews, but this is the 3rd time we've come to this location and the flavors available are very limited because the employees have already started cleaning the machines and many flavors are not available. It's Friday night, they close at 10 and we arrived at 9:20. At least 6 of the flavors were already shut down. We left without buying anything since they didn't have what we wanted. Really disappointed with how downhill Yogurtland has gone. This Menifee location does not have any signage about pricing, and was out of several flavors when I visited yesterday (Friday afternoon). There was only one employee working and he was nowhere to be found when it came time to pay. I spent $30 on two of the 16 oz cups, which was just ridiculous. BRILLIANT BOBA FRO-YO! Yes, you heard that right they have milk tea boba flavored fro-yo at this location! I'm hoping it's on the regular rotation as it was truly a sweet surprise. I got a "small" cup of it and added some vegan cookie dough bits, I LOVED it! The flavor was non-fat and gluten free. I came in on a Sunday evening and it wasn't packed at all! I was in and out in under 8 mins. I will suggest that this location should have vegan options next, most of the other Yogurtlands in the IE have them, i think it would be beneficial to have them here. Also, some of the other choices seemed a little too basic. Overall, they had a good toppings selection and I was happy with my experience. The girl who was there was running the place on her own and she still had amazing customer service! There's a few tables inside and the place was pretty quiet when I walked in. Always a disappointment. This place is seriously lacking in almost everything. They don't have gift cards, one of the toppings was still frozen so we couldn't even scoop anything, and the yogurt machines were barely working. For the machines that did work, it was all watery and inedible. We came for the giant spoon promotion and they even had the promotion near the register. When we got to the register, however, the worker told us that they ran out of the spoons. Wouldn't the smart thing then to do be TAKE DOWN THE SIGN? Literal idiots. The only reason we even came was for the giant spoon so we ended up throwing away the yogurt cups we made. The shop was pretty clean and quite spacious. They have a couple of tables and chairs to sit at which is nice. To be fair, there seemed to be only 1 person working so it makes sense why our experience was terrible. My girlfriend and I come here occasionally when they have promotions, like BOGO free cups of yogurts. It's not the location's fault, but they should have more flavors. I understand the appeal of hiring youth during summer break. They need the work experience and you need the cheap labor. Win win, I guess. But the customer seems to lose every time. At least I did tonight. I had a birthday reward so I figured I would treat myself to a little froyo because I deserve nice things. I had to holler for the kid who worked there and like all little Gen Z-ER's nowadays, he emerged from the back like I had bothered his very important cancer research or something. Then he retreated back to his little cave and I was standing there in front of a row of machines that were mostly broken down. (Probably 7 of them were flashing red). So I filled my cup maybe just passed the halfway point and placed it down on the scale. The kid returned to ring me up, attitude and all. My reward was for $5, but the total rang up for $7. For maybe 3 oz of yogurt. I was stunned by the price and the kid just laughed and said "yeah it's kind of expensive here." Not worth the time. Not worth the money. The flavor selection is not good. Everytime I give this place another try because it's the closest to my house, it disappoints. Peanut butter is my favorite flavor and they never have it. They didn't have peanut butter sauce either. Second, I like cookie dough topping and they had none. I agree with the last three reviews. Yogurtland Menifee is going downhill. Many flavors not working and no signs so you find out when you try and pull the handle. Toppings are very minimal and messy. Do you clean them ever to ensure no cross contamination? For example: Strawberries in the near by toppings and chocolate chips mixed with fruity pebbles. The counters and tables were dirty. The employee was uninterested in her job as she was wearing AirPods. The price per oz is .85 cents which is high for such a disappointing experience. We came here on a whim as we had a similar experience the last time and this experience confirmed why we haven't been coming. read more

On 11/10/25 at 5:10pm, it was a horrible experience due to the employee (young heavy male). There were several customers including myself for the employee to stop hiding in the back. One customer asked for samples cups. The employee said "we dont provide sample cups". Customer turned around with his kids and left. Another customer asked for something and employee said we dont have it. Than it was our turn, as we were paying. I askeed if we could do cash and card. He said "NO it has to be either card or cash". We proceed to paid. We asked for a bag and spoons. "We dont have any". And walked away towards the back. Honestly, yogurt land menifee should do better on who they hire. It took me calling for someone 4 times to get any service. $21 for small cups for my kids that were filled half way. I will never be back, nor will I ever recommend this dump. I have been going to this store since it opened, but I think tonight was my last time. It used to be a clean yogurt shop with a great selection of flavors. They used to have fresh whipped cream, hot fudge, and little taster cups. The hot fudge, whipped cream, and little cups disappeared quite a while ago and too often now, the shop is dirty. My friend and I recently had a very disappointing experience with costumer service that fell far below expectations. From the start, communication was poor-- no welcoming attitude or greetings, looked upset that they had customers. They were out of so many flavors and the quality of the toppings were not up to par. The employees were on their phones the whole time and were even on Snapchat taking pictures (the girl at the register). I have came here 3 times for a refund. This place has no management! The guy charged me for a my original order but told me that I needed to tap my card again. I come home and realized that I payed for the family in front of me and my own order. When I went back this sweet girl came to help me but she was no a shift leader or a manager, there was no one else on sight to help.
