Very little selections most of the machines are empty and the ones they do have are purple yam, green tea plain tart pistachio nothing really the kids would enjoy maybe two or three. The counters discussed the floors are disgusting. The TVs are off nobody's at the front counter. read more

This place is absolutely terrible. Place is ran by young kids, always closing early. Nothing is ever refilled and there is never anyone at the front when I go inside. What has happened to this location ? It is the most dirty location I've ever been to. The last thing you want to see when you walk into a establishment is sticky floors machines filthy, dripping with yogurt, trash on the ground and employee in the back hanging out while there's actual customers in the store on top of that they come out just to hang out on their cell phone get up off your butt do what you're paid for and clean. The young man had attitude about it. He could care less, management should really rethink who they hire and hold their employees to expectations of cleanliness and customer service. My girlfriend and I come here occasionally when they have promotions, like BOGO free cups of yogurts. It's not the location's fault, but they should have more flavors. Always a disappointment. This place is seriously lacking in almost everything. They don't have gift cards, one of the toppings was still frozen so we couldn't even scoop anything, and the yogurt machines were barely working. For the machines that did work, it was all watery and inedible. We came for the giant spoon promotion and they even had the promotion near the register. When we got to the register, however, the worker told us that they ran out of the spoons. Wouldn't the smart thing then to do be TAKE DOWN THE SIGN? Literal idiots. The only reason we even came was for the giant spoon so we ended up throwing away the yogurt cups we made. The shop was pretty clean and quite spacious. They have a couple of tables and chairs to sit at which is nice. To be fair, there seemed to be only 1 person working so it makes sense why our experience was terrible. BRILLIANT BOBA FRO-YO! Yes, you heard that right they have milk tea boba flavored fro-yo at this location! I'm hoping it's on the regular rotation as it was truly a sweet surprise. I got a "small" cup of it and added some vegan cookie dough bits, I LOVED it! The flavor was non-fat and gluten free. I came in on a Sunday evening and it wasn't packed at all! I was in and out in under 8 mins. I will suggest that this location should have vegan options next, most of the other Yogurtlands in the IE have them, i think it would be beneficial to have them here. Also, some of the other choices seemed a little too basic. Overall, they had a good toppings selection and I was happy with my experience. The girl who was there was running the place on her own and she still had amazing customer service! There's a few tables inside and the place was pretty quiet when I walked in. Really disappointed with how downhill Yogurtland has gone. This Menifee location does not have any signage about pricing, and was out of several flavors when I visited yesterday (Friday afternoon). There was only one employee working and he was nowhere to be found when it came time to pay. I spent $30 on two of the 16 oz cups, which was just ridiculous. I understand the appeal of hiring youth during summer break. They need the work experience and you need the cheap labor. Win win, I guess. But the customer seems to lose every time. So I filled my cup maybe just passed the halfway point and placed it down on the scale. The kid returned to ring me up, attitude and all. My reward was for $5, but the total rang up for $7. For maybe 3 oz of yogurt. I was stunned by the price and the kid just laughed and said "yeah it's kind of expensive here." Not worth the time. Not worth the money. I agree with the last three reviews. Yogurtland Menifee is going downhill. Many flavors not working and no signs so you find out when you try and pull the handle. Toppings are very minimal and messy. Do you clean them ever to ensure no cross contamination? For example: Strawberries in the near by toppings and chocolate chips mixed with fruity pebbles. The counters and tables were dirty. The employee was uninterested in her job as she was wearing AirPods. The price per oz is .85 cents which is high for such a disappointing experience. We came here on a whim as we had a similar experience the last time and this experience confirmed why we haven't been coming. read more

On 11/10/25 at 5:10pm, it was a horrible experience due to the employee (young heavy male). There were several customers including myself for the employee to stop hiding in the back. One customer asked for samples cups. The employee said "we dont provide sample cups". Customer turned around with his kids and left. Another customer asked for something and employee said we dont have it. Than it was our turn, as we were paying. I askeed if we could do cash and card. He said "NO it has to be either card or cash".
