For the ones actually working, the yogurt came out too soft, only a few steps away from being drinkable. The toppings bar seemed clean and had fresh options, so I was able to cover up the disappointment.. Nothing dirty during my visit, in a big shopping complex with plenty of VIP parking. My two best recommendations would be cleaning up the machines so they perform well, and ensure to keep the classic flavors loaded but deliver fresh and new as well. read more

Came in 15 minutes before close and they cleaned up all the toppings plus took out some yogurts early. Even though it's understandable that they are closing, they should at least disclose before you serve your yogurt. There was a few toppings with lids but more than half already put away. I asked for a spoon for one topping , the young girl said no because they are closing soon, then I asked once more and she said OK that's fine. There really isn't must to tell about Yogurtland. If you've seen one you've seen them all. So what I'm reviewing is the equipment and the workers. Everything was up and running and the garnishing bar was fully stocked. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because it seemed like the employee who was working was a little overwhelmed. Since it's been hot it was busy inside and as we all know there are a ton of people out there that doesn't have home training themselves or they don't clean up after their kids and just leave the messes they make. The single employee I saw was not able to break away from the register and clean up the yogurt dispensers, garnish bar and tables so it was a little bit of a mess in there. I'm not posting pictures because it's not fair to the employee who was unable to break away. I don't know if they were just alone or the others on break or lunch. Revisited this spot last week and compared to the MENIFEE location, this Yogurtland is beyond unsanitary and unsafe hygienically. Very unsafe food handling!! My daughter and I went last night, we drove all the way from corona and arrived at 8:55 the doors were already locked- but they were open till 9 as stated on website. Here is my problem during Covid this business took a lot of time to make sure everything was clean, wiped down, floors were swept, etc... I used to like YogurtLand, so much so that I got one of those membership cards. In fact I've been using the card since about 1997. Now they tell me that no one with cards is a member anymore. I have to register online to accrue any points and receive occasional discounts. And we completely lose all the points on the card (they can't be transferred to the new registration). I just don't want to lose my earnings for no good reason. And over the years, price per ounce has doubled, from around 42 cents to 78 cents per ounce. Considering all that, I guess I'm just going to have to stop going to YogurtLand regularly. It's become one of those ELITE super-rare expensive luxury places like Cold Stone that I'll just have to reserve for maybe once or twice a year, if that. I'm writing a review for this particular Yogurtland not because of the yogurt but because of the wonderful server that was working on the day I was there. She wasn't just happy and helpful to her customers she was kind and compassionate to an unfortunate woman obviously suffering from some mental health issues who wandered into the store while we were there. I came to buy some yogurt and the cashier, Gabriela, was super sweet. She took the time to talk to the little ones in line and make their experience even better than getting frozen yogurt. This place has really stepped it up in comparison with some of the attitudes we used to get with previous cashiers. If I could recommend something, it would be to bring in some of the best original flavors & not put such a heavy rotation on weird ones like "lavender". It'd be nice to have a new flavor on the shakes too! I also know I'm not alone in missing the water machine that used to be at the front. Please bring it back. The summer is gonna get crazy hot & it would be nice to have that when we go to get our frozen yogurt. I have gone twice now 30 minutes before closing and almost everything was put away.. the fruit was all put away, the candy had been put away too. When I asked for some fruit or cheesecake bites, the girl went in the back and walked right back, didn't even look (because I watched) and said no we don't. I'm very disappointed in this place and will not be going back. I thought maybe they would put things away when they close but not 30 min to an hour before. As of this review, this location has been open for about a month and so the interior is clean & free of graffitti. The staff is friendly and helpful. This location looks like it participates in the seasonal promotions - which is nice. The crew also asks if you are a member of the frequent customer program - which is very nice. Unfortunately, they do not have the large cookies to divide your cup. Another slight drawback to this location is the seating, or rather, lack thereof. Three tables inside and 2 small tables outside. I've seen many Yogurtland locations with far more seating and they were still packed. Second time here at the Lake Elsinore Yogurtland... my son got the drinkable cup 12oz - he filled it up with yogurt same amount as the drinkable version was supposed to be $2.99 but she charged us $5.85 for the small size! We we're not aware that we could not use the cup for yogurt! she did not discount us the difference or said this time only... She should have put signs up so the customers don't get the cups mixed up! Other customers also used the cup and then she said "O sorry you cannot use the cup for Yogurt it's only for the drinkable yogurts!" I told her what's the differences? She could not answer or commented on my question! Don't go here if you're looking forward to an expensive cup of yogurt plus - you'll experience poor customer services here.
