When I got there, a woman answered the door and said Julia had left. I explained I had an appointment so she called her. All she said was, "I never sent a confirmation." No apology, nothing. Even though the time slot showed available on their site and I got a booking confirmation, evidently that wasn't enough. The woman there told Julia that she was looking at my confirmation (which I had luckily screenshot) , Julia just insisted that she never sent a confirmation.
