I have had eyelash extensions for years and when the pandemic hit I took a little break but decided I was finally ready to go back to it. I was attracted to Angela's lash style and COVID protocols so I decided to give her a try. I like naturally looking volume and she more than met my expectations. My eyelash retention has never been better nor have they ever looked so good! I used to have to go every 2 weeks because they looked sparse but with her I can go 3 weeks easy. I ultimately chose powder brows, and Soy's technique is amazing--meticulous, natural-looking, and beautifully done, even over previous pigment. She carefully considered my face and eye shape, and made sure everything looked balanced and soft rather than harsh. I have sparse brows and had microblading done years ago by a different artist, but I hesitated to do anything again because it came with a long recovery and scabbing, and I didn't want downtime that would interfere with my workout schedule. With Soy's technique, however, recovery was minimal with no scabbing, and I like that my brows are basically ready to go every morning. It saves me a ton of time. Because I trusted her so much after my brows, I also decided to do permanent lash liner. That was something I never thought I'd do since it's so close to the eye. I love the result, and the process and recovery were super easy. She also included a touch-up a few weeks later (for both brows and lash liner) just to ensure everything healed perfectly and looked good, which was such a thoughtful touch.
