So I stepped outside, called the number, and the woman asked, "What do you want?" "I scheduled an appointment for an antibody test." "We don't do those." "What? Online it said I could come here for a Covid-19 antibody test. It says on your site--" "I don't know what you're talking about. There's no such thing." "Okay..." "We can test for Corona Virus, but there's thousands of different strains. Even if you get a test, it doesn't prove anything." "On your site--" "Covid-19 tests are not real. You can't get one." 11/2/2020 at 3:30 PM at the S Western location in OKC I won't be going back. I'll be sure to tell others to avoid the place. If your workers are that afraid of people, maybe they should look into a new line of work.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I went in for a very simple urine test and was told I would have my results in a 10 days (which I already thought was long as I've been to many medical offices that gets results back in no more than 3 days). Now it has been over a month and I have yet to get my results back. I went back to the office in person and was told I will have my test results the next day. It has been 3 weeks since I was told I would get my results the next day. I am currently trying to get in contact which them as I write this review but I've been waiting to talk to someone for over an hour now. Please go get medical help from another place that will actually care about your health. Steer clear of this place.

had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Reyes. I have a history of luteal phase defect,…read morePCOS, and miscarriage, so when I recently found out I was pregnant and began spotting, I sought medical care immediately. After a visit to the ER confirmed that my progesterone was low, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Reyes, hoping for proper evaluation and support. Unfortunately, she dismissed my concerns entirely, stating that there is no correlation between progesterone and miscarriage, which is factually incorrect--particularly for patients with luteal phase defect or a history of recurrent miscarriage. Research and case studies clearly demonstrate the role of progesterone in early pregnancy support. For instance, the PRISM (PRogesterone In Spontaneous Miscarriage) trial found that progesterone treatment reduced the risk of miscarriage in women with early pregnancy bleeding and a history of recurrent miscarriage. (miscarriageassociation.org.uk) Additionally, a Cochrane review concluded that progestogen medication may prevent miscarriage in women with recurrent previous miscarriages. (cochrane.org) What made this visit even more upsetting was the lack of professionalism and sensitivity. While I was in the exam room, I could clearly hear Dr. Reyes and her colleague speaking just outside my door. Her colleague and supervisor mocked my concerns, saying, "If she wants progesterone so bad, she needs to go back to the doctor who gave it to her the first time." This was said loudly, with an attitude, within earshot of me and other patients. Additionally, Dr. Reyes herself told me, "If you're going to miscarry, then you're going to miscarry, and there's nothing we can do about it." This statement is not only inaccurate but also deeply insensitive, given my medical history. By the time my appointment ended, I was bawling my eyes out in tears. Instead of offering me a moment to compose myself, Dr. Reyes proceeded to walk me out into the waiting room in front of everyone, which was humiliating. I left the office feeling unheard, disrespected, and emotionally devastated. Doctors are supposed to continue their professional development and education after they graduate, especially as new research emerges. However, based on Dr. Reyes' outdated and inaccurate opinions, it is clear to me that she does not do that. Patients deserve providers who stay informed, evolve with new medical evidence, and listen to their concerns, rather than dismiss them with outdated beliefs. What Dr. Reyes and her team failed to understand is that I did not have the luxury of returning to my previous fertility doctor, as I am a military spouse who recently moved to Oklahoma. I did not yet have an established OB or primary care physician, so I was seeking urgent care from the only provider available to me at the time. Instead of receiving support, I was met with dismissiveness and unprofessionalism. Feeling unheard and dismissed, I sought care from another OB the next day. This provider took my concerns seriously, prescribed progesterone, and repeated my beta-hCG test, which showed that my hCG had more than doubled--a strong indication of a viable pregnancy. This only confirmed my belief that my concerns should have been taken seriously from the start. I would never recommend Dr. Reyes or this facility. My experience suggests that they are not accustomed to working with patients who are informed about fertility and pregnancy health or who advocate for themselves. If you are seeking compassionate, knowledgeable care, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. This version really drives home the lack of professionalism and continued education while keeping your review factual, strong, and impactful. Let me know if you need any more refinements!
