Where's your customer service? In the first phone conversation, she refused to remove the $50 charge and told my mom to contact the insurance provider instead. Frustrated, my mom then tells the lady she won't be coming back and to cancel the appointment she was having later in August. Then moments later, my mom received a call back stating somebody in the office removed the $50 charge -- what they should've done in the first place. Now the part that blows me is that lady tells my mom "but you will have to find another provider as we cancelled your august appointment" with a voice of tone as if my mom is no longer allowed there. When in reality, my mom had told her in the first phone conversation SHE NEVER WANTED TO RETURN. Then the lady on the phone ends the conversation after my mom says thank you & goodbye, with attitude saying "mhmmm". Not you're welcome or have a good day, anything? -- If you don't have any sense of professionalism or customer service, get a new job. Because you're clearly unfit for the role. Side note: there's a sprinkle of racism involved here because clearly my mom is a woman of color with an accent so the person on the phone at this dentist office was getting annoyed and frustrated.

I did get those charges removed but I was the one who found the error. Also had a tooth that was loose and care was pushed off for months. Finally came to the only care left which was to remove the tooth. Poor care. Final straw was to finish up an implant. Should have been about 30 minutes for final appointment. Instead the final product was so poorly constructed it took 2 days and 4 office visits to finish the implant! Yes, I should have left a long time ago. For those seeing this dental clinic, GOOD LUCK!

This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any business type. They will do the…read moresame bracket over and over expecting a different result, the workers would rather talk to each other than focus on working on your mouth (I've been stabbed in the gums by two different people because they felt they needed to look up and talk while working). Also, the front office and the actual workers don't communicate. One side tells me to come in for original appointments after needing a fix and then the other cancels appointment after I had to take time off work to come in. The office doesn't explain why they keep doing the same brackets over and over even when I questioned them saying my teeth are hitting the brackets, they said it was fine and it wasn't as it broke repeatedly. I was never presented with different options and when I asked about transferring my treatment, they first lead with I would owe them the full amount for treatment (bullying), and then the next time I was in the office, they tried gaslighting me that I was bullying them. She's down to earth and pays attention to detail. She was able to catch decay and potential cavities that were missed by someone else. And you get a toothbrush, toothpaste and floss after your visit.

I have never been treated any other way but with kindness, care and honestly like family. I had braces way back in my teenage years and honestly they made a payment plan with my mom so I could have something that bothered me more than anything. To straighten my teeth. Many many many. Did I say many lol years later I needed more straightening. I wasn't loyal to my retainer and my daughter needed braces also. I could only think of Des Moines Orthodontist. I knew the treatment my daughter would get and the results. They are also a drive as we live in Gig Harbor. Again, I'm not trying to argue with what you experienced but maybe it was something else or simply a misunderstanding.
