After Dr. Radziwon had known for six months that I was travelling to NYC specifically for this appointment, Dr. Radziwon still made zero effort to reach out--no apology, no explanation, no attempt to reschedule or make things right. That level of disregard for a patient's time, money, and effort is beyond unprofessional. The cost of treatment here is extremely high, which might be understandable if it were matched by quality care and professionalism--but it absolutely is not. The service I experienced was disorganized, careless, and frankly unacceptable. The price versus the level of service is completely mismatched. For what patients are expected to pay, the bare minimum should be reliability and communication, and Dr. Radziwon and the office failed on both counts.
