After some research I decided to choose Dr. Kleinrock since he was noted as an expert in the product. He did a great job on helping to straighten my teeth and fix the underbite I never knew I had with using the Invisalign and orthodontic rubber bands on part of the treatment. Throughout the treatment he gave me the trays to change every two weeks as he checked on my progress and made changes according to how my teeth shifted. My treatment was shy under two years after he extended my aligner sets by a few months at no additional cost to my payment plan that was agreed on. He was a great help even after treatment and I needed to get my retainer replaced after ware and tear. Dr. Kleinrock and his staff are fantastic in how they treat their patients. I recently convinced my fiancé to get his teeth fixed by Dr. Kleinrock as well. It's nice to see that the process to get fitted for Invisalign has changed since I went and has gone digital as opposed to the three molds they used to have to take. In the waiting room there is a couple of tvs with video games, local tv and magazines to keep you occupied while you wait. Waiting time generally isn't long at all anyway. The parking lot is on the smaller side, but I usually have no problem finding parking. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs to get braces or aligners since their office gives the best professionalism and service.

Although…read moreSeth's office is over a 40 minute drive from our house, we consulted with Seth as a second opinion, at the high recommendation of a relative, after feeling uneasy with a local and popular orthodontist that we first consulted. Seth evaluated both of our children regarding their need for and the extent of any needed orthodontic care. Seth explained that the large gap between my daughter's two front teeth was very straight forward to repair and did not require more than one year of treatment (very different from what we were told by the first orthodontist). Fifteen months later (delayed only due to COVID), her braces are off and her teeth are perfect. Seth has also advised us, after three separate consultations over the past year and a half, that our son's mouth is not yet developed enough for braces and that we should wait (also very different from what we were told by the first orthodontist). Aside from having gifted hands and doing an amazing job correcting my daughter's gap, Seth is honest and trustworthy. It is about doing what is right for his patient and not about the money. He did not recommend the extensive and expensive work for my daughter that he could have and he has repeatedly pushed off any work on my son's mouth. It was a true pleasure working with Seth and his entire staff and would highly recommend him to all.

He said our gov't insurance was crap and most likely my son wouldn't be approved but that he would submit a request for authorization. Almost two months go by and I call the insurance company to find out what the status of his authorization was, the insurance company told me that the doctor had never submitted anything and that they didn't have even have records of my son visiting this orthodontist! I called the orthodontist office and I was told by his receptionist Julianne that I had to wait 4-6 weeks (when it had already been 6 weeks!) because they hadn't received any response from the insurance company. I told her that I had just gotten off the phone with the insurance company and told her what they told me. She was quiet and put me on hold. Then she came back and said they had submitted it and she was going to check with the insurance, to give her another week and call back. CLEARLY they hadn't done anything at all. I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and waited a week. I called back today and without telling her who I was or reminding her about my son's case I asked for an update. She said "We submitted the request on Friday and we need to wait 4-6 weeks for a response" WHAT???? Then I told her who I was and she put me on hold, the orthodontist came on the line and started yelling at me like a maniac, saying "Who do you think you are to say that my office didn't do what they were supposed to do?" I tried to speak and he wouldn't let me, and believe me I kept my cool the entire time. Then he said it was "stupid Obama Care" (which is not the insurance we have) that they didn't have a clue and I shouldn't expect to get anything from my insurance. He screamed everything he said and never let me speak, until I said "Dr. Friedman, please allow me to speak, I am your client and patient, where is your customer service?". I explained what the insurance company said and he put me on hold for 10 minutes. I waited while my blood boiled, but NEVER loss my cool. When he returned to the phone he was a little bit more calm but still rudely told me to do whatever I wanted and that if I waited then it would be for 4 to 6 weeks and not to expect my son to get approved. I did cleaning since I trusted them and during my cleaning the lady stopped my cleaning to order uber eats with her co worker while I had stuff hanging out my mouth during a procedure... couldn't believe that a coworker would walk in during my procedure to have her tap the phone to order..... unprofessional! I never said anything at first bc I really wanted to give this place a chance but nope!! Too much signs that signal this is not a proper operating dental office. I also hear arguing between co workers in hallway, and the women cleaning my teeth in between my visits kept getting up during my appointment to go in hallway. I was waiting for a very long time. I'm 30 years old and never had anything wrong with my teeth, it seems like this is a routine charge for new patients where every-time they're telling you that you need this deep cleaning. She made judgmental comments about how come I get my nails square she doesn't like them square... not sure what that has to do with my appointment. Then after paying 1,200 for a deep cleaning ..she tells me to come in 3 months for a cleaning but it's not covered by my insurance until 6 months. If I just paid 1,200 for a deep cleaning why would you tell me to come in 3months when it's not covered ... isn't that the point of deep cleaning???? Why is it a problem to come 6 months when it's actually covered?! The whole visit felt unprofessional and forceful. 2nd visit was today bc after my cleaning months later I had stains in between my teeth which I did not have prior to visiting this office. She then tells me stains are from the mouth rinse she gave me which makes no sense bc it's mouth wash.... Shes always distracted and rushing. She's rushing while scraping on my gums then goes to another patient to finish there visit to then come back to finish my visit. It feels unorganized, professional, scam like. She then tells me to come back in 3 months..... it feels like there practice is not conducted to take care of patients with honesty and care it feels like they just want our money. Why is it that the only 2 times I'm there, there giving 3 different patients the same speech they gave me telling us we need deep cleaning... be careful... I won't be coming here anymore. This Arestin, no matter how it's pitched is non-sense that's not a covered item under any dental plan. The office knows it but they'll tell you oh we're not sure what each Ins co will pay. Don't worry They'll also pitch the need for a mouth guard for grinding an Invisalign just to get deeper into your pockets. Don't use em. They up-charge for fluoride and irrigation... of course not covered. It's amazing how amoral this place is!! They very Straight face about it too
