You could've picked the head up a day or two after drop off. Im sorry, Im not a mind reader. No one mentioned that at drop off. I never received a phone call so how the hell would I know that? I assumed you freakin morons work in a butcher shop and know that a cape needs frozen. The fact that you damn well know that I am getting a shoulder mount done. But you saw the head off and throw it on a concrete cooler floor for 18 days. No phone call, no text. I assume they were freezing the cape, being i was getting jerky and sausage made. Maybe they threw it in a feezer and want me to pick it all up at once? Nope, 18 days later show up to a $200 bill, a box of meat, a bag of jerky and a spolied deer head. This place is a total clown show!
