Third time using Smudge Doctor, but we have turned into a set annual customer. First year, I used them for the roofing and solar since we just purchased the house. Took a whole day but it was because of how detailed the cleaning a was. They did an amazing job cleaning every nook and cranny of the area as we watched the grime fall off. Second year we asked them to do the solar, windows and doors(All 15 are giant). Was surprised that they cleaned inside and outside the frames meticulously. And this third time around was solar and the exterior of the house. Again Cole took his time detailing everywhere; crevice of the garage, foundation and the patio area. With all the rain that has been happening all year especially the unexpected rains in August, I noticed my gutters are spilling water over the top causing damage to my fascia. I contacted Michael through Yelp and he was quick to respond. He gave me a date and time but it didn't work from me. So he said that Karoline would be contacting me for alternative dates and times. Well, it worked out because Michael was able to come before this weekend. I have a party this weekend so I really wanted my windows cleaned. He came on time and my nephew who was at our house said he was professional. Then during the cleaning Karoline called me and said that we have a black widow problem that Michael found while cleaning the windows. I was impressed by the quick and responsive communication with Michael as I was exploring having the windows cleaned in our two-story home.
