My husband asked for a refund, since we had barely begin to drink. The server went to ask the bartender, and returned to say that we had to finish our drinks and leave. We were told that they knew the wedding party had reserved the bar and would be arriving at some point in the evening. Now I can understand that neither the server nor the bartender made the reservation or knew exactly when the bar would have to be closed down. However, they should have told us that the bar would be closing, and given us the opportunity to go somewhere else. They also should have refunded our drinks, because it was their fault not to have warned us beforehand. This is simply an example of poor management.
