When I stopped for gas I found the arm to wiper was bent and broke. It had a piece of brush stuck in the twisted arm of the wiper. When returning to the car wash the manager informed me that they have had problems with ford vehicles and offered to give me money from tip jar to pay for a new blade. When I asked for owners phone number he gave me a number that had been disconnected. To add insult to injury me car was still dirty! Well, first stop tomorrow dealership and first stop Monday small claims court!

I was fully expecting to have to go through it again so I only picked the super wash, the $10 wash and I added the three dollar tire cleaner. I was shocked when I got out and saw that my "cherry chip" looked beautiful! Even the tires and the mudflaps or whatever you call them around the tires looked so clean. The best car wash I've had in ages! I did give them a one dollar tip as I came in and joked with them about not knowing what I was doing. Maybe that helped. Ha ha. Hope you enjoy the video I posted. I purchased a coupon book of 10 washes. I used the last one in October. As I exited the car wash, I…read morenoticed that the blowers were not working. My car came out so wet that I had to use the wipers to see clear enough to drive around to the entrance to let them know that there was a problem. The attendant told me that they were aware that the blowers were broke, but said that the cars were still being dried ok. When I told (showed ) him that my car was NOT Even close to being dry, he just shrugged his shoulders.------no offer to return my coupon or offer to rewash when the blowers were working---they just continued to push cars through.----COMPLETE FAILURE!!!
