That was unrealistic thinking because there are just too many individual products and brands, I suppose. The store is beautiful and is minimalist in design and which gives clean vibes and natural energy. There are a multitude of glass containers to buy and products can be poured in from larger containers, with very reasonable prices for the products themselves. The store smelled wonderful with their soaps in the bins doing the talking. I chose not to purchase anything because for me, it would mean abandoning the brands I love to take a chance on entirely different products that I just wasn't willing to make a leap for. I get that their products are more natural with less chemicals, which is a great thing. But for me, I will keep on the lookout for someday finding a store that refills brand name products to reduce the plastic waste in my environmental footprint.

I explained that I have really bad eczema, but she continued telling me that I couldn't use the product. A group of women who witnessed the interaction actually followed me outside and apologized to me for how I had been treated.
