Absolutely LOVE this store! The shop itself is adorable, welcoming, and filled with such cute and unique finds, but what really made our visit special was the owner. She is genuinely one of the sweetest people! She went above and beyond to make all of us, including our dogs feel welcome. She gave our dogs treats, gave us candy, and even included the sweetest little cards. Those thoughtful touches made our visit feel so personal and special. You can tell she truly cares about her customers AND their furry family members! And if you have dogs, you have to check out the all-natural dog jerky, our dogs absolutely loved it! Such a wonderful little gem with an amazing owner and the kind of customer service you just don't find everywhere anymore. I walked in because I saw they had an eczema relief cream, and since I deal with severe eczema, I picked it up to look at it. While helping another customer, the employee loudly and aggressively asked me, "Is your skin burning?" I said no, and she immediately responded, "Then you can't use it." I explained that I have really bad eczema, but she continued telling me that I couldn't use the product. The way she spoke to me, especially so loudly in front of other customers, made me extremely uncomfortable, so I ended up walking out. A group of women who witnessed the interaction actually followed me outside and apologized to me for how I had been treated. The whole interaction was extremely uncomfortable and completely unnecessary. She also can't ever take accountability as you can see from other comments as well. read more

This shop is the sweetest! In the already adorable downtown Idyllwild, this is one of the gems of this area. The owner is delightful and thoughtful and takes great joy in helping customers find a beloved new item to take home. Stores like this bring me so much joy! I visit every time I am in town and always leave with a smile on my face and a fun gift. With every purchase, the owner gives an affirmation card, which is such a lovely touch! She is Incredibly knowledgeable about natural skincare and healing. My husband has "Trigger Fingers" which cause him pain and an inability to fully bend and extend his fingers. She massaged his hand with her Dream Cream and her technique/massage skills paired with that amazing ointment provided a much appreciated, sweet relief! If I could this a zero rating I would. Came in for eczema products and left shocked by how rude and dismissive the owner was -- not just to me but to another customer too. If dealing with people annoys you that much, maybe find a job that doesn't involve customer service. First of all, you didn't bother to explain a single thing to me, and I wasn't there for dry skin. You were completely out of line and rude on top of being delusional. The doors were closed the entire time, so you've clearly got me confused with someone else -- or maybe you just can't keep track of how many people you're rude to. read more

Loved this place! We took a day trip to *try* to tour the spaceship house, but tickets were sold out...so we explored the town instead. It had many, many amazing shops, but this one was my favorite! Rebecca gave us such lovely tea samples that I was compelled to take some home, since they had this stellar flavor in DECAF - a rare and wonderful find. It made my day, and is making for a fun, flavorful Fall. We also got these little messages to take home, and for some reason they seemed so sweet they almost moved me to tears. Great place. Credere Organics is a good enough reason to drive up the mountain. Max, an Australian Cattle Dog, loves Idyllwild and this is his favorite stop (the wings at Idyllwild Brewpub and Idyllwild Pizza finish in a second place tie). the last trip, he came solo (we're boys and pretty much joined at the hip), but Max told Luna, a Jindo, all about it and I'm pretty sure that's the only reason she got in the car (Luna's a bit of a homebody). the air is dry up here and a good moisturizer's a must. picked up a jar of DREAM CREAM. a little dab goes a long way. oh, and some bamboo toast tongs which will (hopefully) make it unnecessary for the kids to stick a fork in a live toaster. I am hooked on Rebecca's products! If I could I would put the Dream Cream and the Lemongrass Body Cream on autoship so as to not ever run out. I came in looking for an organic "clean" moisturizer for my face and body, including the bottoms of my heels which were cracking and despite much effort couldn't find a solution. She suggested that I use the Lemongrass Body cream on my heels and I was in awe to see that my heels were no longer cracked. So I went back to find out if she had a solution for age lines on my face. I've been using the Dream Cream for about 2 months and it's amazing!! If that wasn't enough, I am so very grateful to Rebecca for listening to my concerns for my mother who has breast cancer and had a mastectomy recently. Per Rebecca's recommendation, I gave my mom some of the Lemongrass Body Cream to put under her arm where the lymph nodes were removed and was really itching, rubbing, and uncomfortable and she got such relief that she placed an online order herself! And her husband loves the cream for his feet, too. Rebecca is truly a wealth of knowledge and I count myself so grateful to have found my way in her store and will be a loyal customer! From a small hostess gift to that beautiful, custom item you'll want for yourself. A great location on the ground floor, front corner of The Fort. My skin was absolutely a mess before I met Rebecca and was introduced to to her Dream Cream line! I've done multiple cosmetic treatments over the years to try to repair photo damage, hyperpigmentation, fine lines, wrinkles, loss of elasticity, nothing was keeping my skin and the health of it up, and the DREAM CREAM has done incredible justice all by itself over the past several months. What an amazing experience! We got greeted with the most delicious free cinnamon tea on a cold day and the warmest welcome from the owner. The store has a lot of incredible woodwork, good-smelling candles and really good organic skin products. We left with more tea to enjoy later, and an amazing feeling.
