If you're looking to live in a jail cell with all your neighbors keeping you up all night and day this is the place for you. Paying near $1000 a month because we're required to have the horrible food plan to stay here, and the expensive cost to live in a box. Regardless of what the workers say, this is NOT a social living dorms. Lived here for a whole year and have heard the same story from many others who lived here in recent years before me, nobody wants to be friendly here. I would suggest moving into an actual apartment and saving money, because this is far from a good "college experience". And to add on, the food is horrible. Heads up to all future Chico State students. 1. AC rarely works. 2. Management abuse their power. The team treats the residents like young children. 3. I've encountered management bursting into our unit with our consent and assumptions of intoxication. 4. Floors are completely dirty. ( Literally if you walk barefoot in your own room you'll end up having a dirty foot) 5. I've seen management treat the cleaning ladies horribly. ( They often discriminate their work) 6. There's two white ladies who work up in the front and literally are always on their phone while at work and would rather be on it than helping residents with their packages. 7. Security guard likes to sleep in his cars. ( Why are so many residents getting their bikes stolen?) 8. Mold in restrooms and leaking toilet often occur 9 . The gym equipments have been out of order for almost the whole years 10. The printing lab hasn't been working and always breaks down. ( Students don't rely on it ) 11. Many reports of parents arguing with management. Overall , find a place that's comfortable. Look into Chico housing on Facebook. It seems better to live on campus. read more

Oh man, I stayed here for 2 years and this place is a dump. They lure you in with low prices and larger rooms. What they don't say is that once they have you signed they don't care anymore. The leasing staff will say just about anything to get you signed, once they have you on contract they will sue you to keep it. The leasing staff has no idea what is really going on because the company keeps firing them every 18 months and then they bring in a bunch of newbies and train them so they end up lying to you without even knowing it. Once the leasing staff catches on to what is happening they fire them and start again. The rooms start out ok but if anything breaks expect them to never fix it. I have filed maintenance requests only to have them "filled" without anything being done. This allows the company to claim they finish 95% of their maintenance within 48 hours. This is a lie. I have seen a hole in the ceiling of the main hallway go unfixed for 3 months, it was leaking water and everything, they just put a trashcan under it and called it good. They have good internet when it works. They have no IT guy on site or even on contract. When your internet goes out they say to call Charter. But it's not Charters problem it is the local network. Again they fired everyone who knows how to fix the issue. One of the RA's was helping people with their internet and they fired his ass as soon as they could. Speaking of which. The RA's are one of the few good things about this place. They patrol the ground at night keeping the place safe and help the residents whenever they are asked. They are really easy to befriend so you wont ever feel lonely. Or if you want you can just ignore them and do your own thing. They host events all the time, they are kinda lame normally but it is a pretty good way to meet people. The security staff is really good. The two guys they had when I was there were Mark and Barry. Mark used to run security for a big hotel in Las Vegas and is very good at his job. If you ever have a problem at night just give them a call and they will be there in minutes to sort it out. The only other good people are the college students working the front desk. They really do try and help as much as they can and are always very sweet. Too bad they have no real power to fix anything, if they were running the place it would be amazing. However, they are always willing to sell you food after the dinning hall is closed. And should you ever get locked out of your room because you forgot your key they will fix you up in a jiffy. The food at the place is ok. They two years I was there the food was good for the first few months and then dropped off quickly. Mostly this seems to be Craig Hall cutting the budget they give to the kitchen. However, I strongly recommend you get their Thanksgiving dinner, it is amazing. Also they don't clean the mattresses between tenants. All in all. I would avoid this place like the plague. read more

I haven't moved in yet and I'm already experiencing communication issues with staff and managers. There's a deposit waiver meaning you pay the deposit monthly. It's $19 but you don't get it back at the end. When I was touring there the leasing agent told me it was cheaper to pay it up front, which is false because it's $250. Fast forward to July prior to my rent being processed, I put in to waive the deposit waiver twice and it was denied with no explanation. Once my rent was processed, the amount was off because the full $250 deposit wasn't included. I called August 1st (same day it was withdrawn) and they said the difference between the deposit waiver and paying it in full is whether you get back the deposit. They weren't able to fix the issue and had no knowledge of the time frame in which residents can put in for it. So the person left a message for the manager. A week later I still received no response and was told the same thing. Yet another week later (today) I called and was finally given a response. Apparently you only have a certain amount of time to request it after signing until it's too late. He told me the manger had also denied it and apologized. Whether notes were left or not I don't know because i was told this twice without a call back. I assume the leasing agents were doing the same thing I was doing online. So I don't get my money back. They advertise the deposit waiver as something to help students, especially low income. However, as a low income student this setup I'd very inconvenient. That's $190 I'm out at the end of the year. That's $190 I'll have to ration throughout the year. I don't believe this is so much to benefit students as it is to take advantage of them because I was automatically enrolled into this. If the leasing agents aren't informed, how am I as the resident supposed to be? Additionally I don't understand this rule or the cutoff because I still wasn't given a cutoff date which should have been a part of the explanation and I hadn't paid my rent yet when I requested it. This makes things more complicated than they should be. read more

the social was a great place to start out as a freshman. had a few issues with maintenance but overall i liked it. i made a ton of friends there who are still my closest to this day. the food is decent but will make you gain the freshman 15 as any other dining hall. if you choose to stay a second year go for the apartments. the dorms are more geared towards the freshman to make friends and force yourself to talk to people. the resident events are great if you're shy and need something to do. if you like to have people over pick the apartments because the dorms are pretty small unless you choose to rent out the other room. i also worked there and we all mean very well and don't choose the prices or what is included. if you do not want to pay for the meal plan and are hell bound on it, get the apartments asap. the meal plans are required your first year which is understandable. read more

Craig student living has the worst costumer service of any company I have ever dealt with. The leasing office is all for signing you up for one of their very much overpriced leases. Once you are set in your lease the staff is very discourteous, unhelpful, and very unprofessional. When moving in the A/C unit in my room was very loud and did not work well. I put in a work order and someone was there within an hour, great right. Well instead of fixing the problem the maintenance worker disconnected the unit and left, I continued to put in work orders and I finally had to go in and re-wire it to get what little air out of it that we could. I had to wait another 3 days until I had it, had to go find the owner/ manager and tell her to finally get someone in to fix it. Throughout the year the dorms had outbreaks of mold, bugs, and times with no hot or even running water. I would never go back to this student housing for they seem to have never thought of the customer happiness. All they think about is let's charge these people as much as possible with doing as little work as we can. I will say one thing the Resident Advisers and the dining hall staff were always helpful and happy. read more

I moved into Craig the first semester of my freshman year at Chico because I didn't get a spot in the dorms on campus. When I went to the tour of Craig, all of the staff was really friendly and nice and answered all of my questions. So I was like oh this is great. But once i actually moved in, completely different story. The staff are horrible and look like they're going to kill themselves 24-7. My shower didn't have hot water until weeks into the semester. The pool is gross and the overall cleanliness of the place is mediocre. I would definitely NOT recommend moving in here. read more

Though move in dates suck cause they expect you to pay rent for the month but you can only move in the first week of the month or the third week . They don't call you back and they charge you to renew your lease and then apart from the $500 deposit they charge you another $250! They just like to take your money . I've lived here since August 2019 and the place is great :) yes the food is the same but they always have specials to spice it up a bit. The renovations looks nice and the staff here are awesome my favorites are the maintenance and cleaners they always have a bright face and are always cheerful :D only time I've really had rough bumps here is if I do anything against the rules and some of the people get loud at night but the RAs are usually on it to keep the quiet during quiet hours. It's a good place if you came to Chico to do schooling instead of partying which is nice cause I can sleep during the night and have a peaceful day :) I've also read that a lot of people's water, AC, and WiFi don't work this has never been a problem for me only time I ran into a bump like that is when the generator down the road exploded and it was set an fixed after about 2 hours I really do recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet and nice place to live read more

I love living at Craig, just the price comparison per month of living on campus (1,400 ish) and here (750 ish) is amazing. The maintenance guys are so helpful and always help us out within 48 hours - Stan is seriously the nicest guy ever and answers all of the questions I ask lol. Placed our daughter in this place & it was awful! We pay nearly $1,000 a month because you are forced to add a meal plan to your contract. She never eats in the dining hall the food is horrible! This place is a scam!!! We are not from the area and we were scammed from the very start! She moved in August 24th and we were forced to pay the entire month of August rent!!!! The bus never works, the C-Store is always closed early, the air vents never work and she went without wifi for 4+days during finals week!! This place never returns calls or emails. if you have a chance stay on campus for sure especially sutter it's so new 2010 new. Like it wasn't opened till i graduated. This dorm is okay but on campus is better. I'd pick this place over uv i feel like your closer to campus and if you're lazy to walk theres a free craighall shuttle. Food is okay I really like their pasta night fresh pasta made to order, long lines tho. Dorm dollars are awesome you can use it at the bear and celestinos. Parking lot is nice and accessible only $50 for a parking permit for the year. You don't meet people besides your roommates and suitmates, or its a little harder i feel like since no one leaves their door open. Not affiliated with the school so you also get people from the community college. Such a rip off that you're better off getting an apt at more than half the price. internet sucks but you are a little closer to downtown than uv and maybe even on campus. read more

My daughter has lived here for less than two week and the lack of communication and maintenance is unbelievable! Her central a/c system did not work upon move in and it is still not fixed and no one can tell us when it will be fixed! We left several voicemail messages, sent emails and even a fax and it took 6 days for someone to call us back! Apparently there is no quick and easy fix so it will take time to get the repair approved by corporate office. Her room gets up to 90' in the afternoon and evenings and the food in her pantry is actually melting! She's had to stay with friends because she cannot tolerate the high temperatures in her own apartment! I'll make sure she and her friends show up at the Choose Chico day next summer and let parents know that Craig Student Living is a joke and you do not want your student to have to live there! Let me start off with this place is a rip off, it's ripping off us poor student who have to pay for tuition and textbooks. Rent is extremely high when in reality this place is a dump I live in a renovated room and my unit looks so ancient it doesn't look renovated the only thing renovated is the bathtub and the sinks.. THAT'S. Oh yea and some old ancient drawer they put into the closet but it still looks old as I don't know what. Some of these photos I inserted were from my friends units who also stay here at the Craig hall. My unit has a pungent smell, it smells like mildew and mold and the toilet with the mold inside is in my friends unit. We purchased comet bleach to scrub the toilet and clean it out, however it did not come out. It is very disgusting to look at. I also took a picture in another friend of mine, their unit had a leaking a/c in which they complained about for three days and put in a work order still nothing has been done. The food here isn't so great. I can cook better than that it's the same thing as always burgers and pizza all day long! The washer and dryer is so small and it almost costs me 10$ to wash two loads of clothes all the time. My rent is 4,900 per semester because I have the single renovated dorm and if I could go back in time I would have never moved here. This place is a joke. read more

I could write a super long review about how bad this place is and the VERY many problems with the actual living situations as well as the terrible staff but I would advise anyone that is considering to live here to really go check anywhere else first, there are three brand new student living place that are going to be open soon, go check those out! Also if you do decide on living here ask to see a room other than the show model, the show models are NOTHING like you will get, all the appliances are basically from the 1980s and if you are confused why your apartment is different then say your neighbors, they don't really care, they'll just say appliances vary, the two good things about this place are the RAs who know how bad this place is and just feel bad so they try to make activities for residents, and the maintenance staff, they are pretty reliable and kind, but other than that and the few front desk people that are kind, the place is somewhere I would never recommend. read more

1 star is being generous. Here's why: The staff is mostly composed of arrogant, pompous college students. Its like they hired them to go for "the cool factor" but completely missed their mark. They are sarcastic, lazy, and are reluctant to go the extra mile. The rooms are dirty, and i had to buy a window liner because spiders, ants and even a roach made its way into my room. Upon comparing stories with friends i found out i was not the only one (one girl claimed that there was a family of lizards in her bath tub when she first moved in.) I know that you can't really expect a whole lot out of college dorm food but this stuff is truly disgusting. Not only is the food bad but the food service is worse. They won't tell you that an item is gone until AFTER you have already paid. And even though closing time usually isn't until 7 they will take the food out by 630 so they can leave earlier. Maybe i am just venting but i honestly would NOT recommend living here unless you like dealing with a bunch of a**holes, horrible food, and roaches in your bed. All in all the customer service is truly the nail in the coffin. They run this place like a business, squeezing every penny out of their customers. i mean didn't anyone ever tell these people that the customer comes first?? For example: My Internet and cable was out for the first 3 weeks of moving in and when i complained they wrote my name at the bottom of a 6 page long complaint list and basically told me to deal with it (3 weeks and 5 more complaints later i finally had it fixed) Another thing that really put a bad taste in my mouth came before i even moved in. Move in date was August 20th but for some odd reason we had to pay a full months rent for 10 days (remember during which we didn't even have internet/cable) RECAP: BAD FOOD, DIRTY ROOMS, AND ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE You'd be better off on campus, at U.V, or in a cardboard box by the train tracks. read more

Wow this place has issues!! Really read your lease before signing especially if you are living in their apartments under the utilities section especially they indicate that everything is included in the rent of $600.00 per month per person (so they are getting $1200 a mo in a 2 bdrm apt.) but fail to tell you that you only get $25.00 month allowance for PG&E and thing over that you will have to pay, IN ADDITION TO THE $600 A MONTH. Also my daughter went for almost a month with out her Dish TV working and throughout the year she had problems with the internet service not working in their apartment. The model they show you is not what you get and these places need to be weatherized with Dual Payne windows. I do not recommend this place to anyone to Live. Also they really need to paint the outside of these places mustard and orange where out in the 70's read more

I wanted my son to have a good experience, and when I took a tour of Craig Hall, I was told everything that a parent would want to hear. What I have found out is that I was lied to, and that they set these students up for failure. My son had five strikes the first month he was there, due to something his roommate had done. They told me that it is a blanket policy, that roommates are responsible for each others actions. It is stressful enough for first time students to attend College, and they should only be responsible for themselves. This roommate is someone they put him with. I tried to talk to the woman in charge, and she kept repeating, this is a blanket policy. I reread my lease and it didn't mention this policy, but instead they put it in the handbook, which not all parents read. The first month and half he was there, he went without Internet, and AC. At times I called, and got a recording that the phones were disconnected. My son complained about the food, and the way the RA's "Creeped" around. One day he said, he was in a friends dorm, and they looked out the window, and one was picking in the window. At 2am he heard a knock at the door, and two RA's said they heard the sound of a beer can, so they wanted to search their rooms. His roommate had a soda can in his hand, but they continued to search, anyways. Why would they be standing outside their room at 2am? My son recently was served with a eviction notice, based on statements by two RA's. The details are sketchy, and only hear say from the RA's. When I talked to the corporate office, she said, they had statements from the security officers, but according to my son, all they did was ask them their names. My son was offered a drug test, since he was being accused of smoking on grounds. He took it, and it came back negative. This was a testing place that Craig Hall sent him to, and they still told him he had to leave. I asked why did they even have him take it, if they were not even going to take under consideration the results. Do they not trust their own source? They gave my son three days to get out. We were never notified of his eviction. They said, they sent a letter, but I have yet to receive it. By the time I heard about it, I had less then 24 hours to find somewhere for him to go. We live out of State, so this was even harder. I asked if they could at least let him stay until we could find him a place and they said, no he had to be out by 5:00. They offered numbers to shelters or Hotels. They also informed me, that we would have to continue paying for his room. he hasn't even made it through his first term, and he has had to deal with this at Craig Hall!! I also have found out that they have had a high rate of evictions this term already, but they are still making bank, since they are charging for empty rooms. Parents, if you are looking for a good, reliable, and safe place for your child, do not send them to Craig Hall. Within a few weeks, you child will be complaining, and you will find out they you have been lied to too. I do have to give Kudos to the Staff in Leasing., housekeeping, and maintenance They were always polite and helpful. As for the Staff in charge, try communicating with your Staff, you may be in charge, but they make up the best part of your team. read more

If I could give any advice I would say do not move into this place. My sisters are there and it is largely unsanitary. They have been sick continuously:( They have a mold problem in the rooms and bathrooms but insist that it is the tenants fault even though everyone has this issue. I am worried the mold is really dangeous. The food was good the first week however, it has taken a huge dive because it seems that it is cheaper for them to serve low quality food, that is frozen or fried. The salad bar is primarily all canned food. The washers/ dryers and gym equipment are broken.The shuttle has been broken and Craigs didn't have a permit to operate it for half a semester and they have had to walk in the rain. The room advertised a particular square footage and it is less than what they paid for and they will not adjust the rate. Not a good experience. read more

I'm the adult who pays for this housing. I like it. My daughter gets off-street lighted parking, a patrol, decent food, and rules that are enforced. It's not a 5-star hotel or a cruise ship like she want's it to be, but it's clean and safe. There are ways around a slow internet too, (a complaint) it's called a book. Some are called textbook, not Facebook. The food is hot and starchy, just like it was when I lived in a dorm. And even if the pizza is frozen and not fresh-delivered, and there isn't always an infinite supply of hot water, my dearest daughter, you are staying, no apartment! read more

If I was able to give this housing community zero stars, I would. I have been a long term resident of this community and seen both the growth and downfall year after year. I have seen various staff members come and go and can honestly say that this community is not worth the money it takes to live here. The maintenance staff here is abysmal. They do not fill requests within 72 hours, nor do they notify tenants to when they enter and exit the units. The residential manager does not act in good faith to the residents. She continues to give false accounts of billing statements as well as fails to support residents with their CRAIG HALL problems. Upper management also fails to hep its residents by providing band aid solutions. This housing community fails to give students what they need in order to be returning residents. THE EXPERIENCE MATTERS, Craig Hall, why do you fail to see this? This place will not only take your money, but will try to squeeze more out of unsuspecting tenants. I suggest everyone to review their renter's rights and to become aware of what they're signing on to. I would also like to note that this housing community does not provide RENT RECEIPTS to tenants. Copying a check and providing a signature of a leasing agent does not qualify as a receipt and then becomes subject to hearsay regarding payments. read more

I am a current resident here and it is awful. If you are thinking about moving here or putting your kid here don't do it! I am a senior at Chico state and this place is by far the worst I have ever lived. I moved here after the camp fire because everything else was taken but it was a big mistake. They do not communicate with us residents and the people who work here are uncaring or flat out fake. They put on a good face to get you into a lease but when your in a lease they don't care. I've had my water shut off, cable and WiFi shut off and people entering my room with NO notice or communication while I'm home and away!! I had some of the maitnance guys actually break in through my window in while I was taking an online test for school because they "forgot people were living in this room" and apparently breaking a window is how the replace them. They shut off the WiFi for multiple days right in the middle of summer sessions and made us students go somewhere else to do our class without telling us they were going to shut it off. On multiple occasions I've gone to shower or wash my hands and the water has been shut off for "scheduled maintenance" without telling us. They schedule maitnance without telling us and it seems like there is always something wrong with this place that they use as an excuse to be messy and dirty. There is no true hot water it is only warm. I had my bike stolen from here and and they did nothing about it. Bikes go missing regularly. I recently went to the office to see if I was going to get notified if I was getting a roommate for this semester and the office said "we don't have to tell you". This place is a joke! Avoid this place at all cost. It is not worth how much they charge you for rent and it is no way to treat your residents. Don't Move Here!!!! read more

As far as student living goes I love this place! There is a gym, pool with cabanas, starbucks on site and tanning beds! The dining hall is big with lots of options. Everyone is so nice, not one person didn't say hello. RA Lauren helped me a ton, she was so bubbly and nice and introduced me to a ton of people I otherwise wouldn't have met. Worst place I've ever lived hands down. Save yourself the time and money and just rent an apartment.

The only way things could get better for Sequoia Equities' property in Chico would be if they got an ENTIRELY new staff, took a bulldozer to their buildings, and changed their business ethic completely. My daughter had showed me the property when she toured Chico State's campus before committing to the town, as an alternative to dorm life. For a private bathroom and bedroom, and a fraction of the cost, I thought well why not? She would be happier and so would my pocketbook. When we got Craig on move in day, I could tell things were off to a bad start. Chico in August is already quite warm, and standing in line for hours and hours of "check-ins" (which was actually just a quite unorganized obstacle course of paperwork and keys), when we got inside my daughters room it had to be at LEAST 95 degrees inside. so we flipped the switch for air conditioner and brought the car around to unload. That was the start of the problems however, because after trips up flights of stairs, the room wasn't cooling off one bit. My daughter was expected to move into a room in a town that was 110 degrees, with no air conditioner. When we alerted the staff about the troubles, they explained that they already knew, but offered no form of answer as to what we were supposed to do. We weren't consoled or even apologized to on the first day. I should have just gone with my gut feeling and moved her out then and there, but I let her stay. She dealt with everything from the internet access not working when she needed to do homework, to Resident Advisors listening at her doorway looking for something to use against her, to finally, my least favorite issue she had to deal with, the HORRIBLE staff from everything from the leasing agents to the mailroom workers. The Resident Director, Kindra was extremely snooty to her, if my daughter even saw her, which was 20% of the time because her door was always dark and closed. Its a good thing my daughter didn't have anything she wanted to talk to an authority figure about, right? After all the things my daughter had to go through living there her freshman year of college, I would have much rather fronted the extra couple grand and have had her in comfort of the dorms. I really had high hopes for this place, and it is not all bad considering it is now run by a different company from what I have been told (thats why I gave 2 stars instead of just 1). However since the move in week, there have been stand out issues that can not be ignored. If you have the chance, look elsewhere for more helpful staff and a better place to stay for a good "college experience". In this day and age, we have something that is almost becoming a necessity for school and life in general, and that is called the "internet". It has been not working and/or out far to many times to garner any excuse. Some form of reimbursement needs to be offered, regardless of if it is the providers issue or the building itself. Most work involving an education today needs internet access and I should not have to use my phone for a mobile hot spot when I am supposed to have internet access in the building provided to me. Another issue that is similar to that and just as frustrating is the printer in the computer area not working. It seems as if they refuse to fix it and to make matters worse, they refuse to let you print anywhere else. I would like to think that with the amount of rent that is paid into the company, multiplied by the amount of students that are living there, they would be able to afford a few more printers, let alone fix the current broken one at least. I understand that a high volume of students/clients can result in some delays in assistance occasionally. But getting a hold of anyone when calling on the phone is about as hard as can be at this place. Plain and simple, there has to be a better way for them to get customer service turned up a few notches to answer any questions or concerns when there is a lot of people that are your renters and clients trying to get in touch with someone. Speaking of customer service...and I should actually say a complete lack thereof....a recent experience was just plain bad and inexcusable. I went to the front desk to ask about purchasing something and the young lady that was "working" at the time was either oblivious to my being there (even after I said hello), or felt as though it was OK to be playing on her tablet for a few minutes while I stared at her and patiently stood waiting for some type of acknowledgement. I am pretty certain her name was Jenn, and eventually she looked up and saw me, but then looked back down to finish whatever she was "working" on before I was finally greeted with a "Yeah?". Needless to say it seemed as if she did not even want to be there, and based on her attitude, could care less about helping me since I seemed to be a inconvenience to her job? All in all, besides that experience, the Management is actually pretty nice as well as the Leasing Agents and RA's. I will see what happens and do my best to stick through to the end of the school year/lease but I am pretty sure I would never want to sign up to live here again. read more

Lets be honest. Craig is not a place for college freshmen. They treat the residents like inconveniences, and do a horrible job at maintaining the place. Holes are in a lost of the wall, often takes a week or more for them to come and do a quick patch job. Everything is covered in a layer of grim and filth. The food is only ok, I would give it 4 out of 10, not bad if you had to eat it once in a while, but everyday it gets really old. Within a month you will be tired of the food. The internet is spotty at best. Some rooms have internet that works 90% of the time, other rooms have internet 30% of the time. The lobbies and study rooms internet is a joke. The leasing office/business office people don't care. If you file a complaint they just ignore it. The already have your money (the only thing they care about) so they act like they don't owe you anything. Overall, I would recommend that you look elsewhere. The high cost of Craig, and low quality make it a no go. read more

This place is awful. Do not send your children here, or yourself. I lived here 2018-2019, during the time in which Trinity purchased the property previously known as Craig Hall. Their model was not an accurate representation on how I lived. The water damage in my unit was absolutely ridiculous, despite paying extra for a renovated space. Toxic mold grew again and again numerous times in my bathroom, going unresolved even after I reported it. They went as far as to delete the whole event from my resident record afterwards. The mail room had a knack for losing your stuff and not being there when your packages were delivered, so they were returned back to sender. Sodexo, the company in charge of the cafeteria, is bland. It was so hard to eat healthy there, the main course being pizza or greasy crap from the grill. I had a misunderstanding occur with them about my deposit and they lied to my mother. They tried to tell her I went into their office yelling at them about how much I hated it there, when in reality, I went in speaking calmly in a serious tone. After I wrote this review, they asked her to talk to me about taking it down. My answer is, of course, no. Although, I did edit the portion out about my deposit misunderstanding, which has been resolved, and added in the slanderous encounter to give Yelp the most accurate information possible. read more
