The bouncy house was huge with a bball hoop and slide inside. It was big enough for about 12-15 5 year olds - it was quite massive. They were professional, quick and easy. My five year old and his friends had a grand ole time, although I didn't realize that bouncy house for five year olds is the equivalent of fight club/mma cage fighting, but, hey, what doesn't kill ya makes ya stronger.

We found the jumper has visible holes and exposed strings on the slide where the accident happened . Then when I called to report this, the company was dismissive, claiming the unit was in 'good shape' despite the clear damage. Most shockingly, the representative admitted over the phone that they do not carry insurance. Now, they are refusing to pick up my calls for a follow-up.
