So in an act of desperation, having had TWO cars catastrophically fail on me in less than a week, I called these CROOKS. I bought a 2018 Kia Soul and was very happy with it...for the first few weeks. But more on that in a second. FIRST, let me address the DISGUSTING "customer service" from the THING Heather and the SNAKE Mike. You sell me a lemon and expect me to be happy?! YES, I was upset at needing a NEW ENGINE TWO MONTHS AFTER BUYING IT. But I didn't raise my voice or swear but yes, I was in a bad mood. To be LECTURED by a SNAKE named Mike about my "attitude", after hearing the slob Heather cry about the tone of my voice was TOO MUCH. The car had a THROWN ROD, which means new engine, which means they KNEW this crate was damaged goods when they sold it to me! So now, I have no recourse but to STOP paying for a NON-RUNNING VEHICLE and take them to small claims court where I will WIN. A 30 day/1,000 mile "warranty" does NOT protect you from selling a vehicle with "UNDISCLOSED DAMGES"! And they HAD to know what was wrong with BEFORE they sold, after having put a bandaid on it! We got into a vehicle from Sole Savers a little over two years ago. The sales people we worked with were polite, friendly, not at all pushy, and it was overall a pleasant experience. Sole Savers works hand in hand with Northwest Acceptance regarding payments. At first, Jorge was our account manager and he was fantastic. He was flexible to work with, polite, empathetic, and made us think we made the right choice by purchasing a car through them. But then Heather happened. I say happened as this woman isn't a person. She's a disease that there's no cure for. For whatever reason Jorge suddenly stopped returning our calls and we were told Heather was the only one in charge. I don't like to bash anyone online, but this woman is the most unprofessional, manipulative, untrustworthy human we have EVER met. She would threaten to repossess our car whenever she was having a bad day, she frequently screamed obscene names at myself, my husband, and would go out of her way to call and harass our relatives whenever things didn't go her way (which we have all recorded), and was honestly just an evil nasty person who has NO business being in the business of interacting with people. There were a few times we were late on payments, and we fully accept responsibility for such things. But people being a few days late on a payment isn't excuse enough to have a full psychotic break on the phone and threaten people--this is all Heather is good for. Now that we have traded in the car we got from them and it's been pain off in FULL she has non-stop harassed us and our relatives stating there are ugent account issues that need addressed. We've tried to call but she lets it go to voicemail, picks up, and hangs up so a message can't be left. There's no explanation to why she keeps calling. Do yourself a favor, and NEVER do business with the crazy b that is Heather. No car is worth the insanity that is this woman. If Sole Savers wanted to be great again they'd fire the crazy stalker they got running the show. read more

Michael is hands down the best salesman I have ever dealt with, I live out of town so I was doing everything over the phone and he made that initiative to show all cars I was able to get and sending pics of cars that haven't been posted and I happen to get one of those cars and it's absolutely amazing, and the best part of it all when I got to the lot I was only there maybe 30-45 mins to sign papers and test drive the car. I was in need of a car and didn't have much for a down payment. I traded in my 1999 Mercury sable and was given $ 200 for the trade. I purchased a 2014 Kia forte for $ 7, 424.83. Since the car is financed through them after all said and done a $ 7,000 car winds up costing me $19,339.12. They take advantage of people and lie about the cars. I asked before i bought it if it had been in an accident and was told no. Come to find out it was, the Front-end suspension was messed up, I wrote a letter to Mike the head Honcho who's by the way quite Rude, explaining the issue with the car. He made an appointment for me at an alignment shop even though that wasn't the case. So I went to the shop that they use, and my front suspension got replaced, the mechanics if that's what u want to call them put the CV boot on the wrong side of the car. obviously just by looking at it u could tell where the leak was coming from. My paydays are Tuesdays and I have told Heather many of times that I cant pay till then. but like clock work she calls me every Tuesday to remind me of my payment. She's Rude and not very professional. They suck the money out of people and no lead way with them at all. there should be a law against Car dealers like this read more

I had a couple issues with the vehicle that come with driving a machine, things will break. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST! This dealer sold a car for almost $7,800. The Kelly Blue Book MSRP is only $4,757 and the private party resale value is under $2,000. It was financed at an incredibly high interest rate of 25.99%. This $4,757 car will cost over $11,000! The manager's response will be that you can refinance the loan after making several payments and re-establishing your credit. However, given that the loan amount is so far above the vehicles actual value, no legitimate lender would ever consider this risk. A legitimate and honest car dealer would price their vehicles at fair market value. The price you pay at Sole Savers varies based on your credit worthiness and how uninformed you may be. In a fair and honest market the price does not change based on your class, income, or your ability to make a monthly payment. If you want to justify taking on the 'riskier' loans than increase the interest rate to a fair value. If Sole Savers were a 'house' dealer and was writing mortgages they would all be in prison for violating several federal mortgage financing laws. After speaking with one of the account managers I was very saddened to learn that these people actually believe in what they are doing and think that they are doing 'good'. They fail to see how they are ripping people off. This dealer preys upon those that can least afford it, is a predatory lender, and should be very ashamed of themselves. My hope is that Satan has an extra crispy section in Hell for anyone that perpetuates the scams that Sole Savers and others like them are propagating. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SOLE SAVERS AUTO SALES. This place continues to suck people dry, the office manager has a real entitlement issue. 2nd time my vehicle form these thieves wouldn't start. I was late to work once and today had to find another ride to work. Was then greeted with a rude office manager advising me she could either help me or i could call (passport) the place who apparently has the power! Who do I make payments to?? Not passport. After being ridiculed and told it's my responsibility to ensure my truck starts and the codes are updated, been doing business here for over two years never missed a payment or been late and still get treated like the average customer here who doesn't probably pay there bill. Will be calling to speak with someone else who can maybe be a little more respectful with paying customers! Don't do business here. When I needed a car, at first I wasn't sure about this place after looking at reviews some being negative some being good. I took a chance since I had a job and $200 dollars and went in and came out with a Subaru Forester. There were a few minor problems but those were fixed at their expense. But most used car places will have issues but will sell you a car "as is" and then your stuck with fixing it. The process was very simple. the Finance department is amazing both Heather and Joanna are great to work with. They are always friendly and kind and even when I couldn't make a payment on my due date I called in and Heather was understanding and I was able to pay the next day. I highly would recommend this place if you have poor credit or not good enough credit to get a brand new car. They have a great selections of cars and their customer service staff and sales person are great. read more

They take half of your paycheck every two weeks and if you switch jobs with a different payday you have to pay an extra payment because they won't help you out and switch your payment days. There willing to "help" you get back into a car but dont help when theres a seriuous engine problem that was pre existing. My advice is, if you have ANY other option for buying a car take it. DO NOT BUY FROM SOLE SAVERS! I purchased three cars from these life suckers. After nearly nine years of paying outrageous monthly payments (payout for each vehicle was approximately four times it's value) I am finally free having traded in my latest disaster for a quality car from a legitimate dealer. Apparently sole savers didn't receive the payoff yet for my old car (just bought it a week ago) because this morning I received a call from their in house "bank" saying that my monthly payment was two days late. When I told the woman I had traded it in she said very rudely that until they received payout I was still responsible. I told her I would not be paying (obviously) and reminded her that although our business relationship was over, I have been a great customer. I did buy three vehicles from them and was NEVER late in making my payments, not once in nearly a decade. And now the first time I'm late two days this snotty woman calls me and mistreats me. If I could give a -5, I would. Never, never believe anything they tell you. Their cars are way over priced, and once anything goes wrong, forget about getting it fixed correctly. I was told that all kinds of work was done on the vehicle before I bought it, turned out to not be true. Within days I started having so many problems, I almost had an accident. The alignment was way off, and the brakes started to grind, then lights came on and vehicle stopped. They quoted me a price to fix it which was extremely high, even though I was told that everything it needed was taken care of. I took it to another facility and it was repaired at about half of the price they were asking. I went to the manager asking them to reimburse me for the repairs. His comment was that it was a used car and things happen. He was extremely rude. If you want a vehicle that will run NEVER BUY IT HERE!!!!!! DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU.
