We started coming here for my adult son to buy his first car, the two cars he bought with AJ. What an angel, and makes me laugh! Last time he gave me a walk through on the outbacks, ability to car camp all that jazz. Wasn't quite time for me to upgrade. This week I had finallly gotten serious about looking for my new ride. Went to Mazda and was ignored for the whole time I was in the lot. I was there to look at a subie so I figured let me go down where they actually want my money. We got on the lot and Levi was quick to come out and help us. When I got in the outback it was over, a must have! Levi and the team worked had to get me in my dream car in the deal I could stand. Thank you SO Subaru I love my new to me outback onyx

I bought my Subaru here three years ago and its the only place I go to for its maintenance and service. Drew, my go-to service writer is awesome and he has helped me on several occasions with pretty crazy problems I just happen to have to deal with. I recently took it in for an oil change and Sara was very friendly and courteous. It only took 45 minutes, but I was first in line for Express. It usually takes a little longer. They have a nice waiting area with comfortable chairs, outlets, bottled water, and snacks. Thank you SO Subaru!!

I was like "sorry about your time, im a business owner as well" and he literally kicked us out of his place walking behind us... yelling "yeah yeah go to Walmart!" Since this little punk thinks it's okay to put my name and my Facebook page out on his Facebook…read morepage because I didn't purchase a vehicle from him and he wants to lie about the whole scenario this is what I have to say about the owner of Squid Auto sales. This guy is a total joke. About 3 weeks ago I made an appointment for a Sunday at 12:00 p.m.. the guy hit me up on Saturday asking me when I was going to be there. I assured him that I told him Sunday at 12:00 p.m.. Then he proceeds to ask me what my ETA would be. I assured him that my ETA had not changed from Sunday at 12:00 p.m.. then on Sunday at 12:00 p.m. he tells me that he won't be available and I can come back the next day. Needless to say I drove from Klamath falls to Medford to look at a car. He knew this and still tried to blow me off. Then asked me again what my ETA would be and that there is a reason why he asked me. So I explained to him for a third time that I said 12:00 p.m. on Sunday and that my ETA has not changed. So then the guy wanted me to wait 20 to 30 minutes for him to finally get down to his auto dealer business and wouldn't give me the address or the name of the business until he had already arrived there. So I got tired of waiting and went to another dealership called American Auto sales where I was treated with respect and gratitude and was able to purchase a nice vehicle. Do not go to this place if you want a decent car from a decent person. I highly recommend American Auto sales. The owner there John was great and respectful and was able to get us a vehicle off of his lot within 30 minutes.

The other dealership had my car for 4 months and was not honest at all with the work they had claimed to have done. When I brought my car into Megan, they were able to get my car into the shop within the week. They ended up doing a full tear down of my car, because the warranty company had required it to be done to find the point of failure. Once the motor was torn down, unfortunately we found out that the damage was caused by a component that isn't covered under my warranty. Megan has gone above and beyond to help me figure out the root of the cause, has been honest the entire time, and truly has continued to go above and beyond to help me in any way she can. We're still in the process of figuring out how to get my engine replaced, or at least the cost of tear down to be less then what it was. Because the warranty company will not cover the tear down, or diagnostic even though the warranty company had required it. I can't say thank you enough to Megan for being such a great Service advisor the entire way through. I've told ALL my friends and family about how great she is, as well as all the Service Techs at Crater Lake Ford. They will not just throw parts at your vehicle in hope it gets fixed. They are thorough and will pinpoint the actual cause of the problems your car is experiencing. Unlike the dealership I've dealt with in the past, they listened to my concerns and explained everything they've done along the way. Megan, and the Techs at Crater Lake Ford all have excellent customer service, and truly go above and beyond for their clients. We may not have found a solution for my car yet, but the way Megan, and her team have treated me truly made me feel confident I have my car at the right place. I will leave another review when my car is fixed and also share my experience then. So if you're looking for a Ford Dealership that's honest, great with communication, do things is a VERY timely manner, have high attention to detail, know what they're doing when diagnosing a problem, and for a Service Department that truly goes above and beyond for their customers. I HIGHLY recommend you go speak with Megan B & the Service Techs at Crater Lake Ford!

On Friday July 10th, I went to Crater Lake Ford before closing to look at a couple vehicles. I was…read morenicely greeted by Hudson who was very accommodating and answered all my questions and shared the differences. I apologized for being there late but I was waiting for my husband to meet me after work. I was told he was more than happy to assist and stay later if needed. I explained I didn't realize they were a Lithia owned dealership and that made me weary due to past negative experiences. I was reassured that they want me to have a good experience so beyond my better judgement I entertained the idea of trading in my vehicle for a Burgundy Mazda CX90. So we ran some numbers and after going back and forth I let Hudson know I would need to discuss the numbers further with my husband and really think about it overnight. As we were leaving, the sales manager, which I believe was Brandon, asked if there was anything he could do to get the deal done and I let him know that the numbers would need to change and include an extended warranty that didn't cost almost $7000.00 (which is an insane amount). He offered me employee pricing, offered to find out how much would be remaining on my current extended warranty. I said we would speak tomorrow and see if we would be closer to a comfortable price. Around 10:30 am on Saturday, I received a call from John, the GM of Crater Lake Ford asking about my service the night before and I let him know that I enjoyed dealing with both Hudson and Brandon and that I was awaiting a call with new numbers in hopes that we could agree on reaching a deal I was comfortable with on the Mazda. John then mentioned he had that information in front of him and we went over adding an extended warranty, unlimited oil changes and more for my trade. John seemed like he really wanted to help and said he would send an email right over with all the information and the breakdown so my husband and I could go over them and he said if I had any questions to give him a call. So I waited a couple of hours for the email that never came and asked my husband to reach out to Hudson, our salesman to see if he could get the information sent to us. My husband called and left a voicemail and then text him. Hudson called him back and said he would try to figure it out and call my husband back once he spoke to John. After hours of no email or call back I called to speak with John and someone took a message and John called me back around 20 minutes later. I told him I never received the email with this information and he said they had been so busy that day and had 10 car sales and didn't get around to it but could get it together and send it. At that point, I said let's just confirm again what the bottom line was and I told him that I was beginning to think that they were selling the car to someone else since I hadn't heard anything and he assured me that it was just because they were busy and they wouldn't do that. We agreed to the terms, and he told me I was getting a good deal and that he would make sure the paperwork was ready to sign and I could come down anytime. I let him know that I would be down shortly. I cleaned out my trade and left my phone charging in my home and within 10 minutes I missed a call from the dealership. I called back 3 times with no answer and within 10 minutes or so someone called back and asked how they could help me. I said someone called but didn't leave a message but I assumed it was John. I was told he had gone home and the guy asked what I was doing so he could further assist. My husband and I get to the dealership where I'm greeted by Hudson before I can even make into the showroom and he shakes my hand and asks if I spoke to John since this morning and I said yes about 30 minutes ago and that I was there to sign papers and pickup the car. Hudson proceeds to ask me if John had told me the car had already sold earlier, where I responded, "you have to be f'ing kidding me" and Hudson said nope, and that's when I said, "this is why I don't f with Lithia. It wasn't what Hudson said but how he said it as if it gave him some satisfaction that it was sold while an audience of staff were standing outside watching this all take place knowing that there would be an issue and were there for a show, which just upset me more. My husband then told Hudson you were supposed to call me back and as Hudson was walking back towards the dealership he muttered something under his breath about calling back. My husband told him don't worry we would be sure to give him a "good" review, he was being facetious of course. The customer service Hudson we met the night before seemed to no longer care what my experience was . Hudson had also offered up a different CX90 different color and lower trim level as some type of consolation prize. I have heard nothing from the GM since then. For anyone reading this, sorry for all the detail but I don't want my review left up for interpretation. Worst experience to date.
