Parking is easy, there are meters by The Gelson's, and there's also free parking "for retail" directly next to the shop. I have been here multiple times including when they were in Earth Bar across the street. The new location is great and spacious. 2 weeks ago I came in to get a B12 shot and they were doing a promo I guess the same day that I did not know about so they offered it to me for free so I decided to get another shot and try the vitamin C. My energy levels definitely increased after the 2 shots. I went in again yesterday as I have not ate meat on 10 years and was informed that I could be missing the B complex so this time I for the B complex. If you want one, don't forget to pay enough coins for your parking. There's plenty across the street if there is none in front of the stores. Their menu is all online and very straightforward. So that put me at more ease) I kicked back, put a crazy murder documentary on and in about 35 minutes was done! I have two autoimmune diseases and in an attempt to get a better gauge on what the root cause might by, in addition to getting a comprehensive "blue print" of my body, I got the "360 Solution". The out of pocket price is $1,099, however I called my insurance and they cover this test. Tip: Go to the Genova Diagnostics (the lab where your specimen will be sent for analysis) website and look up the CPT codes in order call your insurance so they can verify if these tests are covered (my co-pay for Blue Shield of CA is $15). Then, make sure to use the information on your insurance card to fill out the two requisition forms provided upon check in. If you have insurance, the total out of pocket cost is $441 which includes the service for the labs and a consultation with a physician's assistant (my PA is Lauren Takata) once your lab results are complete (within 3-4 weeks). The "360 Solution" includes two Genova Diagnostics tests: "CardioION Profile" and "Allergix® IgG4 Food Antibodies 90 - Serum". The "CardioION" measures levels of fatty acids, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, organic acids, and risk factors for CVD in order to provide a nutritional assessment and identifies risk factors for cardiovascular disease (CVD). "Allergix 90" tests for IgG4 antibodies for 90 commonly consumed foods. I've been to the solution on 2 separate occasions. The first time was okay, despite being bruised and very sore around the injection site of my vitamin shot. Second time I was greeted by a rude staff member who insisted (with an attitude)that I make an appointment online. I went through the hassle of making an appointment online and once I returned the lady declined me service because they were only doing Covid testing for the day and she failed to tell me that... really weird experience and waste of my time.
